* 1 bathroom with bathtub and bidet equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, winding clothes rack,
* 1 separate WC,
* 1 terrace of 8 M2, oriented south-east with swing, parasol, table and chairs of outside and electric barbecue,

And of course dishes, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board.
