This condo is located on the third floor and elevator access is available from the private parking area. Large oceanfront windows and doors welcome the natural sunlight while allowing the breathtaking view to be enjoyed throughout. The oceanfront master bedroom also boasts two large windows to provide views of the ocean from your King sized bed and blackout blinds to ensure your privacy. The guest bedroom features a Queen sized bed, and the unit additionally includes a sleeper sofa. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining area that comfortably seats four, and beachy furnishings throughout, you can truly enjoy your entire stay without leaving.



For those choosing to explore, there is no better location with both Egan’s Creek Greenway and Fort Clinch within walking distance of the condo. Two miles further away is Historic Fernandina Beach, which includes a large variety of restaurants, museums, and art galleries. The downtown marina is your launching point for river cruises, jet ski tours, or deep sea fishing excursions. Whatever your vacation preferences, you are sure to find that this condo is the perfect accommodation to form memories that last a lifetime.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.



Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.



Some furniture may change from photos due to season or weathering. This is especially true of properties close to or on the beach.



Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.



All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.



This is a pet-friendly unit. We do have a pet fee that will be applied to your account by Amelia Island Vacations. The pet fee is $150 per pet, max number of pets allowed is two unless you have spoken with Amelia Island Vacations, and 25 lbs. is the maximum weight per animal unless approved by Amelia Island Vacations.
