Das Haus von France liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Thau. Die Ausstattung der Küche war perfekt, genauso wie das Haus mit Billardtisch, der schöne Pool und der wunderschöne Garten aus dem wir täglich leckere Feigen und Weintrauben ernten durften. Es gab während unseres Aufenthalts keinerlei Probleme. Aber wenn es welche gegeben hätte, hätten France und ihr Mann uns sicher sofort geholfen. Vielen Dank!

Chill out zone!

We had a lovely mixed generation family holiday pre our daughter’s wedding. Well equipped villa in a lovely spot. The villa suited us as there are 3 separate wings of bedrooms off the main living area. This really worked for us. The pool and surrounding area is great. Loads of places to sit/eat. Need a car to get to town really though there is a nice 20-ish minutes walk. Would love to return again. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Sehr schönes Haus am Thau.Freundlicher Empfang.Alles sehr sauber.Für die Kinder viel Auslauf,zahlreiche Spielangebote,schöner beheizter Pool,gute Betten.Küche gut ausgestattet.Haus stimmt mit der Beschreibung überein.Wir würden wiederkommen

Outstanding

We’ve just spent 7 glorious days at the Villa. Due to the high temperatures we literally chilled by the pool everyday Was super relaxing. The Villa is spacious and the excellent sleeping arrangements allowed us to have our own space; a separate little flat worked well for my son / partner and their 3 month baby, my daughter, partner and one year old had a wing of rooms to themselves and my husband and I had a fab room and en-suite looking out over the Etang. Due to the hi spec of the Villa I wouldn’t recommend it to families with older toddlers. Would be amazing for couples. The outside space is extremely well equipped with boules, kids play area, bbq, numberous seating areas for outdoor dining. All in all 10/10

Tolles Haus

Das Haus bietet viele Ecken zum sich entspannen. Diverse Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten. Auch für die Unterhaltung ist gesorgt, am Pool oder am Billardtisch.Tolle Vermieter, zu empfehlen.

Precies wat we verwachtten!

We zijn zeer tevreden over de woning van de fam. Lambert. Het overtrof al onze verwachtingen. De woning geeft vele mogelijkheden, zowel in en bij de woning als in de omgeving. Beslist een aanrader!!

Great villa, well equipped for a family holiday

5 star villa and service from the owner. Our only regret was having to cut short due to UK quarantine before our kids return to school. Spacious villa, excellent facilities and only 3 minute car ride or 20 min walk into Marseillan with its restaurants and facilities. All the bedrooms were good and the kitchen was well equipped. Several nice outside dining spaces and great swimming pool. We may well return in the future.

Fantastische villa voor een vakantie in Zuid Frankrijk

Fantastische villa in het plaatsje Marseillan (Zuid-Frankrijk)om vakantie te vieren met een gezin (6 volwassenen + 2 kinderen) De villa is zeer ruim met veel ruimte (prive) rondom en heel schoon met in de achtertuin een prachtig verwarmd zwembad met prachtig houten terras + grote eettafel en overal zitjes in de zon en in de schaduw! Het huis is volledig uitgerust inclusief twee grote koelkasten + ijsblokjesmachine. Aan de voorkant kun je s'avonds heerlijk vertoeven voor het eten waarbij een grote buiten bbq erg fijn is. Ook aan de voorkant nog een speelplek voor de kleintjes met een glijbaan + schommel. Aan het eind van de avond heerlijk aan de achterzijde van het huis op de lounge set met een wijntje of een ander drankje waarbij de tuin en zwembad prachtig zijn uitgelicht ( sprookjesachtig ) Verder heb ik uitstekend contact gehad vooraf en tijdens mijn verblijf met Dhr en Mevr. Lambert.

ein wunderschöner urlaub in einem sehr gepflegten haus

alles war so wie wir uns es erhofft hatten. sehr sauberes haus und sehr gepflegte großzügige gartenanlage incl. pool ... die küche ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man braucht ... wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Großartiger Familienurlaub

Sylvain D. Wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Anlage. Wir haben hier, dank der Vermieter, einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub verbracht. Die Austattung haben wir als überragend empfunden, da sie keine Wünsche offen ließ. Egal ob beheizter Pool, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche bis hin zur Eismaschine war alles parat. Selbst Kinderbett sowie Babystuhl wurden uns von den Vermietern gestellt.

Outstanding villa.

This superb villa had everything you need for a holiday in this wonderful part of France. Overlooking the lake and within walking distance from the harbour with a wide choice of restaurants and 15 minutes drive from the suberb beach at Marseillan plage. The property has so much to offer and is spacious and spotlessly clean. The best bits were the heated pool, air conditioning throughout, plenty of outside areas, the view from the master bedroom was stunning which included waking to the sun rising over the lake. Would certainly book again.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr freundlicher Emfang durch die Vermieter.Alles wurde erklärt und ein eigenes Heft mit allen Daten und Tipps übergeben. Toller gepflegter Garten..Wir waren begeistert vom Pool…mit Kindersicherung! Sehr schöne Wohnräume. Alle Ausstattung in der Küche. Alles ordentlich und sauber.Fantastischer Ausblick vom oberen Schlafzimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique maison pour des vacances parfaites!

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines dans la villa Les Pieds dans Thau. Tout est fait pour que les vacances en famille soient inoubliables. Le confort de la maison, les équipements, le jardin, la piscine; tout est réfléchi, soigné. Idéale lorsqu’on est nombreux, chacun peut y trouver un coin où se reposer ou lire en tout intimité grâce aux nombreuses terrasses. Nous pouvons témoigner que M et Mme Lambert sont d’une rigueur impeccable lorsqu'il s'agit d'entretenir les lieux afin d'accueillir les vacanciers dans les meilleures conditions. On y reviendra, c’est sûr !

Great place for a family holiday

This is a lovely home in a perfect spot in the south France, ideal for a family holiday. We were not disappointed and the house had everything we needed for a family which comprised of all ages, from young to mature. The house is wonderfully equipped there was absolutely nothing missing. The swimming pool was warm, the kitchen fully equipped, a great games room, a large wine fridge (very useful). There were 10 of us but there was enough space and sitting area should you ever want a little privacy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The only downside was that we had to vacate at 9am, a little later would have been appreciated but was understandable as it is quite a large place to make ready for the next visitors.

Une maison parfaite

Nous avons passé une semaine avec mon mari et notre nouveau né . Nous étions très heureux de découvrir une maison qui ressemblait totalement à ce qui nous était annoncé dans l annonce . La maison est très spacieuse, bien décorée, très propre , bien équipée et très bien entretenue . De plus, nous avions du matériel pour notre enfant qui nous avait été proposé par les propriétaires. Je recommande vivement cette location .

Parfaite !

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel grâce à cette villa. On y est comme chez soi. De nombreux équipements, une piscine chauffée super agréable, de grands espaces de vie, un jardin arboré splendide, tout était parfait. Merci encore pour cette magnifique villa, nous reviendrons.

The perfect place to stay in the south of France

If you are looking for a great place to stay in the south of France you definitely must take a look at this house. With it is beautiful and big garden, the big private space around the house and with the view at the lake it is a very nice place to stay. In the evening the garden looks very nice with all the lights to highlight the trees and swimmingpool. For the children there is enough to do with a nice big playset in the garden, a big bbq, a table tennis table and a nice place to play jeu de boules. At the back of the house you have the swimming pool which is heated with solar panels and equipped with an alarm for children's safety. The house is equipped with all modern comforts, from a big screen lcd TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer and even an ice-cube machine. From the terrace at the back of teh house you have a very nice place to sit at a large dinner table and one level lower you can sit in the sun on a big lounge set. When we arrived, the house was very clean and well maintained. Within the house there is enough space and if necessary you can also use the separate studio which is great for two people with a small kitchen, own bathroom and SAT TV. Also Wi-Fi is available for the studio. In the area you can easily go to the Carrefour supermarket, which you can easily reach by car in a few minutes. In the town of Marseillan, which is closeby, you can go to a bakery and other smaller shops. With the bikes at the house it is easy to go to the city centre. In the town of Marseillan you can find nice restaurants and bars around the harbour. From the house you can even walk in 10-15 minutes to the town. If you like to go to the beach at the Mediterranean Sea, you can go to Marseillan Plage which is only 4 km from the house and easy to reach by car or bike. When we arrived at the house the owners gave us a warm welcome and gave us a tour in and around the house to explain everything how things work etc. They speak French or English and they really made the house comfortable for us. So when you are thinking of a nice vacation in France and you are looking for a very nice place to stay, please take a look at this house as for us it was really great and we would like to thank Mrs. and Mr. Lambert for making our stay so very nice in this great and magnificent house!!!

Perfect!

We had a great time at Les pieds dans Thau. The owners were very kind. The house is fully equiped, we did not need anything else! A week of peace and calm with very nice and sunny weather. Perfect for family and friends!

Une villa qui participe à la qualité du séjour.

Notre séjour (été 2012) s'est très bien passé à tous égards (trajet le dimanche, le lieu, et la maison). Cette villa est très agréable à vivre même en période de forte chaleur; la clim participe grandement à ce confort. Les points très positifs à citer a priori : - l'agencement de la maison et de ses abords immédiats; - la proximité de l'étang de Thau : vue, promenade; - le calme du quartier, la mer toute proche, le centre-ville à deux pas ... - l'accueil charmant de Nicole et Dominique; - le dévouement et la discrétion de Gaby (entretien des abords); - comme déjà cité, une location prenant cours le dimanche : très bonne initiative du propriétaire qui permet de voyager à l'aise dans une circulation plus calme. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas plus imité. - etc ... S'il faut citer ce qui est perfectible : - la connexion Internet et TV : en un mot : exécrable. Même si en période de vacances d'été, la TV est secondaire, il n'en demeure pas moins que notre séjour coïncidait cette année avec la quinzaine des Jeux olympiques auxquels je tenais beaucoup ... - la mise à disposition de vélos serait un plus non négligeable (l'environnement s'y prête fort bien). - un coût de location qui ne doit plus augmenter. La conclusion est sans équivoque : nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.
