The owners live here year-round and devote themselves with care and passion to maintaining the garden and the pool.<br>The apartment is equipped with every comfort, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure guests enjoy a wonderful vacation; the owners are available to assist and advise their guests during their stay. <br>Absent other bookings, absolute privacy is guaranteed. <br>Not suitable for children ages 0–12.<br><br><br>The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story villa, surrounded by a large garden lovingly tended by the owners. Part of the garden is available to guests; there is a small table for lunch and breakfast. Access to the garden is not direct; you must exit the apartment, walk through a small hallway leading to the garage, and then to the garden and the pool. The pool is for the use of the owners and guests. There is also a large parking area for the exclusive use of guests.<br><br>The apartment is entirely at the guests’ disposal. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom (with a recliner), and a living area (with a sofa bed, a recliner, Smart TV), a walk-in closet, a hallway with a small bookcase and shoe rack, and a bathroom with a shower.<br>The pool is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is also a shower with hot and cold water. Swimming at night is not permitted.<br>We ask for the utmost respect for property and others!<br>Ideal for a couple.<br><br>The Neighborhood<br><br>Bordighera is a beautiful and charming Ligurian town, with an exceptional climate and lush natural surroundings featuring palm trees and centuries-old olive trees.<br><br>Exploring the Surroundings<br><br>Beautiful beaches and cliffs are just a 5-minute drive away. The harbor is about 2 km away. And in just twenty minutes by car, you can reach neighboring France.<br>Also just a few minutes’ drive away is the historic town (Bordighera Alta) with many bars, pizzerias, and quaint restaurants.<br>For sports enthusiasts, there are nature hikes on foot or by mountain bike; water sports; and for cycling enthusiasts, the famous “bike path” that runs along the coast for many kilometers.
