This beautiful South facing apartment overlooks the fantastic pool and gardens as seen in the main photo

The apartment is idealy located if you have children as you can watch them swim & play in the garden and communicate easily with them from the balcony. We have 2 boys so we know how important this is.

The swimming pool has a fully trained lifeguard on duty for the main holiday season (End May, June, July, August and September)

We have UK TV!! Don't miss out on your favourite TV programmes, soaps and news while you are on holiday.

We also have Spanish TV!

We have unlimited high speed internet at no extra cost. Use as much as much as you like!

The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to the beach where you will find many chiringuitos that serve great food and drinks.

And its just a 2 min walk to the local mini market shop.

The apartment is South facing so the balcony gets the sun all day! Its absolutely lovely on the balcony catching the evening sun with a glass of wine.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has lift access from the underground car park where you will have your own private parking space.
Underground parking is essential as your car is kept nice and cool during the hot weather and it is also safe which is peace of mind.

The apartment itself - Has a lovely modern cosy home away from home feel. It is cool in the hottest of weather and warm enough in the winter.
Ranjan and Indira (our key holders) live and work at the complex and are never far away if for any reason you need an emergency contact.


It is important to us that you really enjoy your stay. We will make sure you are well looked after and your booking and check in is stress free.
We are always at the end of the phone if for any reason you need us.

Our apartment is fully registered for holiday lettings with the Juanta de Andalucia which is now a legal requirement in Spain.

Muito bom para quem quer sossego.

Apartamento acolhedor, limpo, com os utensilios necessários, perto da praia, piscina em boas condições com espaço verde magnifico e bem cuidado. O local fica perto de tudo o que faz falta. Fomos bem recebidos pelo simpatico Sr. Ranjan ao qual agradeço a sua disponibilidade. Experiencia para repetir. Obrigado

We know the complex well as we have stayed many times. The apartment was as we expected clean and well maintained, with all the necessary equipment for our stay. The apartment overlooks the pool and gets the sun all day. Communication was good with Glen and Ranjan on site.

looking back

We have just returned from Alboran Hills having spent nearly 6 weeks there. The weather was kind mostly, 20 degrees on many days, some days 12 degrees Lots od sunshine and only 2days when it rained. WE flew into Gibralta and rented a car for a week to get to the apartment and discover the lay of the land. The apartment was very easy to find, getting into it was not easy as the door lock would not function. Anyway we sorted that out and survyed our home for the next few weeks. Minimalist is how I would describe the flat and its equipment. Fair to say that for a short holiday it was fine. When you are on an extended stay, you tend not to eat every day so the lack of cooking utensils became a frustration. We purchesed mugs and plates so we could eat our meals off a flat surface rather tghan the bowls provided. WE walked to duquessa and Abinallas nearly every day and we used the bus many times. Very cheap but their scheduling is not what you would expect but very cheap. To go tio Gibralta is not quite 3 euros return and takes onlt 40 mins. Eatapona is a lovely town and is easily reachhed by bus, The gardens of the site are immaculately kept as is the swimming pool. Unfortuneately, it is out of bounds till June 1st bexcause there is no lifeguard on duty. So I would not recoment families staying untl June. The beach is very long and empty and is only less than 10 mins walk from the flat. There are quite a lot of bech bars along the beach towards Duquessa and there is a well stocked min market 3mins away. It is expensive though so needs to be only used in emergency! There are Ligles, Mercadonna and Eroski in the town. The apartment is very sunny but could do with some loungers to fully enjoy it. I have no hesitaton in recommending the flat and Glen the owner is very helpful and obliging. r

Garage door failed on final day causing us to miss flight home. Only contact available was owner in UK and repair took too long to allow us to reach airport in time.

Clean, comfortable, sun all day long. Local bus service to Saninillas & Estepona. Beautiful beach walk to Pueroto Duquesa. The out of season quiet was just what we needed.

El apartamento es perfecto, la piscina muy bien, la ubicación genial... no se puede pedir más

Estuvimos dos personas una semana y muy agusto. El apartamento es muy acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario, la piscina es perfecta y no está masificada. Caminando hasta la playa eran 10 minutos. La playa mas cercana es una pasada, casi sin gente, agua cristalina, chiringuito de escándalo.... Si volvemos por la zona repetiremos. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que aparte del precio, hay que pagar 60 euros por la limpieza, que si bien aparece en el anuncio no está muy visible. En cualquier caso, la relación calidad/precio sigue siendo buena!

Everything you could need, peaceful, well equipped, perfect for families.

Myself, husband and 2 teenage children really enjoyed our stay here. It is the first time we have visited this area, and I would highly recommend it. Duqesa and Sabinillas were very handy and have everything you could need. The on site managers were so helpful and attended to anything you required. The location is just far enough away to be really peaceful, but with everything to hand. The pool was never overcrowded, the beach in walking distance was beautiful, and when we went in the morning we were the only people on it! The apartment is also well placed to visit further afield. We went to Tarifa, Gibraltar, Marbella, Estapona, Rhonda and Pueto Banus. I would definitely return and would recommend this apartment to anyone, it was the perfect spot.

Ticked all the right boxes for me

A very comfortable well equipped apartment. It's in a good position on an extremely clean, and well maintained complex. Good WiFi connection. Secure car parking. Only minutes from the beach. The owners have put together a very comprehensive information pack. The hand over is organised, and trouble free Would recommend and hope to visit again in the near future. Alan Richardson

Fantastic!

Nice apartment - Good pool area - Not far from beach

Enjoyed my stay. Nice apartment with good facilities and underground parking. La Duquesa Port is great and also close proximity to Gibraltar for shopping at Morrison's for the home comforts. Recommend it.

My wife, I and our two sons Spencer and Tristan live in Devon.
I am originally from Cork in Ireland. I moved to Devon in 1996.
I have been the President of this holiday complex for 8 years so it was my responsibility to make sure that the complex, the gardens and communal facilities are all clean and well kept. Being an owner on this complex I really want it to be one of the best holiday complexes along the Costa Del Sol.
My wife Tshidi is from South Africa and we met in 2004 through work.
We got married in 2006.
We really want guests to enjoy our apartment and we take a lot of time to make sure everything is in order.
We take a lot of pride in our apartment and how we manage our bookings.
If you decide to book with us we will make sure you are well looked after.

The beach is just a 5 minute walk away and the complex is fantastic with a big pool, beautiful gardens, sunbeds and shades.
General mini mart 300m away.
The UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED WI FI in the apartment is great.
We have UK TV! - This is a must have when you are on holiday. Don't miss out on your favourite episodes of Coronation street, EastEnders or Emmerdale. BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Chanel 4, Chanel 5 and film 4
There is so much to do in this area and as many times as we visit we are always finding new places to visit and new things to do. This area is really central and is ideal for anyone who wants to visit this part of Spain.
There are several beach bars within a 5 minute walk from the apartment which are great for food and drinks.
These beach bars also have sun beds if you fancy a relaxing time on the beach.
There are many surrounding golf courses if you are into golf.
The Port of Duquesa is a great place for eating out with lots of great bars and restaurants.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The apartment has beautiful garden and hill views. There are also partial views to the sea.
South facing so gets the sun on the terrace all day long.
It is ideal for relaxing on the terrace or by the pool,
We have our own care taker who looks after the complex and he lives on site with his wife.
Underground parking is ideal as your car is kept safe and it is also nice and cool during the hot summer months.
There is lift access from the underground parking straight up to the apartment.
