On the first floor there are 3 spacious rooms, one with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds. In addition, 2 bathrooms.
In an outbuilding there is an additional room with double bed and bathroom.

The house is in a quiet location in the beautiful Marche countryside, at the end of a 400-meter private road. With spacious garden, where you can enjoy fresh fruit and large lawn for children to play or to sunbathe quietly! The swimming pool is 10 x 5, with a separate section where small children can play safely.
In addition to the pool, the patio offers plenty of shade on warm days, for a tasty Italian lunch or barbecue
