An Adirondack-style all season lodge on a natural glasier pond . a 5 acer lot
with magnificent views of our natural glacial pond. Our house perfect blend of the old lodge feel with modern amenities, Including wheelchair access.
The first floor kitchen opens to a spacious living and dining area with large windows overlooking lovely Green Pond and surrounding woods.
Enjoy your wake up in the king-sized bed of the master bedroom with French doors opened to the beautiful pond view.
Enjoy sitting in the cozy dormer with full view overlooking the firepit, playground and beach house and Green Pond. Enjoy the first floor view with the opened French doors opened to a spacious airy screened in porch with ceiling fans for your comfort The full basement offers a pool table and fooshball together with additional open sleeping capacity with 2 queen-size pull-outs accommodating 4 more persons.
Just outside the front door enjoy the 6 person hot tub located under the covered porch on the patio. any time of the year. OUTDOOR ACTIVITYS ON THE POND THE BEACH HOUSE at waters edge, also wheelchair accessible, offers relaxation and additional sleeping quarters in the large open loft. Indoor or out door activities day or night wrap around bar w\seating at bar facing in or out w /large dock to enjoy sitting, campfires or fishing boating w/canoe ,paddleboat or kayaks or take a cruise on the 10by ten party raft for swimming by day or a night time cruise with tiki torches while enjoying a small campfire w/portable fire pit and playground. A newly added attraction is our 5 hole " Golf "course to keep your short game sharp.

The picturesque back yard 270 feet of pond frontage together with a walking trail surrounding entire lot. The kids will love the swing set slide sandbox . For Winter activities we offer outdoor cooking in a fire pit overlooking the pond, Depending on ice thickness an exciting hill slide drop onto the pond is a great thrill for children of all ages. Jet sleds are provided.

Great Getaway

Kevin and Donna were great hosts and always prompt to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean and as advertised. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind away from daily hustle and bustle and this one fit the bill. The lake was quiet, clean and filled with fish. We enjoyed our time at the property and all that it had to offer.

Great Time

We had a great time here, would definitely go back! Thank you Kevin for letting us stay in your home. It was immaculate, and the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a lot of fun fishing, taking the floating dock out for a cruise in the pond, kayaking and swimming. It was peaceful, relaxing and just a beautiful place to spend some time with family and friends. Would totally recommend this home!

A gorgeous retreat in the woods

House is amazing! Just completely beautiful, very romantic, nice pellet stove, great kitchen, awesome hot tub. The basement is getting an upgrade too. Kevin is a great host, super kind and helpful in showing us how to operate the pellet stove. The pond was frozen this weekend, and we walked around on it, sledded down the back hill. I loved this home, and I hope to come back soon. We slept eight comfortably, everyone had a room and a bed (one of those rooms was in the basement). For larger groups and families, the kitchen is really nice for making family style meals too.

What a get away!

Away from it all yet close to necessities. The property and home are very spacious and well kept. The kids really enjoyed the playground, and the kiddy pools onsite. The hot tub at night without the usual light pollution really let’s you see ALL the stars. Really way too many great things about this place to list. Don’t be surprised if you hear from us again next year Kevin.

Great Family House

What a great place! Kevin was very accommodating. We arrived in a heavy snowstorm and he was plowing the long driveway aw we got there. Our kids arrived from three surrounding states for a short ski trip. We had a wonderful time using the game room and sledding in the backyard onto the frozen lake. There was room for all of us and cooking together in that awesome kitchen was great. I highly recommend this property for your next family gathering.

Loved our stay!

The property is truly gorgeous inside and out! We enjoyed the pond and were very lucky with weather. The hosts are gracious and thorough! It was such a cozy and comfortable for 8 adults. We hope to be back :)

Plenty to Do on Property and Relax

This home had so many little spots to enjoy. The living room, the second floor nook on the loft, the hot tub, patio, fire pit, hammock, gazebo, second fire pit, lounges by pond, dock and cabana and more. Our favorite was the screened in porch. We had two families aged 12-61. The kids kept plenty busy with fishing, kayaking, canoeing, pedal boating and the raft. The adults had plenty of time to relax. The drive to Lake George wasn't bad. The town had everything we needed. We went to dinner at the Barn in Pawlet, VT. It was excellent and they had a band. Kevin, the host was very welcoming. The only negative was that pond had too many lily pads for swimming to my liking. But the water was definitely clean as in no bacteria. I would definitely recommend. Nice place to get away from it all.

A Rustic Retreat in a Beautiful Landscape

3 Families from 2 States gathered for a relaxing country get-away. Kevin's communication and responsiveness was impeccable and his commitment to our stay was exceptional. To wit, the old refrigerator was struggling to keep temperature and within 24 hours, Kevin had a new one on-site and installed. All-in-all, a good time.

Spacious Family Reunion

We had 14 people for a Family Reunion. This property was able to accommodate all of us. Fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing and even a 10' x 10' dock that doubled as a platform to motor out in the pond to swim. Spacious yard for game and beautiful trails one of which you can see the mountains of Vermont. Large kitchen and great game room. Our host, Kevin, was very helpful in getting us all we needed to make our stay wonderful.

Best house I have ever booked

This house and property is the best I have ever booked. I have now booked this home for the 3rd year in a row. Kevin is a wonderful kind and communicative owner. The house is always spotless, there are tons of boats to take out on the lake, and each year there is a new renovation. Hope to continue to the tradition in the future.

Just an amazing weekend. Wow.

What a beautiful property, and what an amazing time. As soon as we pulled into the driveway and saw the house overlooking the pond, we knew we were in for a stellar weekend. The house was the perfect size for 13 guys who came up for a mini college reunion, and everyone slept comfortably! Plenty of games and activities to keep us busy all weekend - from swimming in the pond and riding the motorized dock, to playing lawn games in the yard/pool in the basement, and getting some chipping practice in on the 100 yard hole right next to the house. We also couldn't have asked for better weather, which made the time outdoors even more fun. Not only that, but the fireplace and hot tub made for an awesome end to each night. Relaxing around the fire and looking up at the stars was incredible. Such clear skies - we even saw a few shooting stars which was super cool. Can't beat the calm and peace out there in Granville. Such a great getaway from city life in Boston and New York (where we were all coming from). Kevin was also such an amazing host. He was communicative & thoughtful throughout the entire process. He was great at getting the details ironed out before we got there, gave us the tour when we arrived, and checked in afterwards to make sure everyone had a great time. Could not have asked for a better host! What a beautiful summer lodge/cabin/getaway/home. A few of us are hoping to come back next year with the wives/girlfriends/kids! This place can be enjoyed by all. Thanks again for everything Kevin! Hope to connect again in the not so distant future!

Amazing property

We loved this property. It is a perfect getaway to enjoy friends and relax. I was thrilled by the space, beach, amenities and privacy. Our host was very helpful and took time with us upon check in to tell us everything about the house.

Beautiful home!

What a beautiful home and property!! Amazing water views and great amenities! The house was clean and perfect for our group of 9 adults with young children. We couldn't have asked for a better host, Kevin met us at the house to give us a tour. He even had the pellet stove running for us upon arrival. (it was a cold weekend!) He responded immediately to all of our phone calls and even returned the next day with 2 new paddles for the kayaks. Despite the rainy weather, we fished, played golf, went out on the floating raft, kayaked, used the fire pit, relaxed in the new gazebo and truly enjoyed our time together.

Lovely Secluded Stay

A friend and I traveled for a quiet weekend away in March. We were able to choose one of several mountains within one hour for skiing and had the chance to explore some local villages and antique shops. The house had a lovely cabin feel surrounded by wildlife. Comfortable for a small group but room to spread out if you are gathering with a bigger party. We stayed nice and toasty from the pellet stove and were able to cook dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The pond was frozen and the grounds were too icy to walk around this time of year, but we enjoyed the views and made use of the hot tub. The owners were available by phone if we needed them! Would return

This place is amazing!

Kevin’s place is one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Kevin is a great host, very accommodating and always accessible. The house has so much to do, it’s perfect for big groups and families. Would definitely come back, highly recommended!

Perfect Cabin Retreat

Kevin was an incredible host. He met us to show us around the property and make sure we settled in well. The cabin is stunning with views to match! Nice and open floor plan with lots of room to spread out and enjoy a weekend away. The hot tub was a real selling point for us! If you are going in the winter months would really suggest have 4wd as it’s long windy drive up a dirt driveway that becomes very icy!!

Hidden Gem

A group of 15 came to stay at this beautiful property. Kevin was accommodating from the moment we arrived, showing us the property and everything we needed to know. The house is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The view of this place is spectacular, and we enjoyed spending time on the amazing back porch overlooking the lake. I look forward to visiting again in the summer.

CONSIDER THIS. many vacations are spent with much of the time used for packing gear ,linens, ameneties that aren't provided .that is all provided here for you.your vacation can start from the time you leave your house .this allows even your trip here to be spent visiting or communicating with your loved ones or associates with no added pressure even your shopping can be done for you w/basic food amenities from ketchup/mustard\ hotdogs and or a more involved menu , homemade salads soups etc. PLEASE INQUIRE
