One of the best views you can find. Wake up to a spacious deck overlooking Utah's most beautiful lake. Our cabin is close to everything---marina, restaurants and beaches.
Comfortable living room with large sectional upstairs with open floor plan and spacious kitchen and deck. Another TV living room in the basement with another sectional with plenty of seating for the family to unwind and watch a movie after a long day on the lake. City trout pond in neighborhood and 4 wheeling trails right from the cabin!

Entire cabin, fire pit, garage

We will give you a code to get into the cabin, thermometer will be preset and there will be a folder with directions and amenities close by!

Views, views views! This is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Bear Lake and once you see the view, you'll know why.

Town and beaches are walkable, but a car to get out and explore other areas and beaches is suggested.

Family Fun in the Sun

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. We make it a point to take a family vacation each year to reconnect and relax, and this home was the perfect setting for this. The space was just right for our large group, and the views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking-especially in the morning. The garage with the couch and tv was a fantastic spot for the kids to unwind and have their own space away from the adults.

Bear Lake lake life

The property turned out to be perfect for our group size and activities we intended to do. Amenities were good, the kitchen stocked with all the tools we needed to feed our group. Bedroom, bedding and bathrooms were all comfortable and met our needs. Duct vents and corners good use a little closer touch up but it didn't interfere with our stay. We would stay at this property again.

The place was fine. The rock stairs going to the sidewalk are a little sketchy. The place needs a little TLC. From paint, to weeds needing pulled. The pictures online are a lot nicer. Overall it was fine. We all fit and had a bed for a head.

This was a great place. It was blazing hot when we first checked in, but was very pleasant when it cooled down. The balcony was great, with a gorgeous view of the lake. It had plenty of dinner ware for our party, and a nice pantry for our food. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were nice. We had a couple of quirks , but we were able to figure it out. It seemed to be sturdily built, as there wasn’t a lot of noise we could hear from other parts of the house. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place for the family

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Close to shopping, the marina and the lake. Extraordinary views of the lake. Very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Plenty of places to sleep. Perfect for us.

Great location and space

A great place for family, large or small, to spread out and have a wonderful time. The property has a perfect location, really nice views, and lots of parking. We had everything we needed to cook with, the space to relax, and the 3 full bathrooms is a real plus! A bit of improvement would be to clean up the fire pit area so it could be used. Overall a great stay and would certainly stay again.

Bear Lake family reunion

The location was great. The only negative problems we incurred are the following:1. The rock steps entering the house were not safe forseniors semi handicapped. 2. The bed in the first bedroom on the right, the frame was broken and we had to put bricks underneath. 3. The mattress cover on the right bed in the master was shredded at the end. 4. There was no propane in BBQ,we had to purchase some.

Great veiw

It was spacious and comfortable. It was clean but could use some deep cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked. All amenities were as listed. Perfect for family gatherings. It is in need of some repairs on the deck. The owners were the best to respond to our inquiries.

House was decent but the pictures on site are misleading. The biggest issue we encountered was cleanliness. Dead bugs in the windows downstairs where our kids were. Dishes were dirty. Pots/pans rusted and unusable. Coffee pot had a moldy filter still left in it. The stove/oven and freezer were also filthy. The garage area that is supposed to be a kids area had chemicals laying out and accessible. We were looking forward to the fire pit and sandbox but those can't be be used becuase of overgrown weeds. The front door is barely hanging on and the deadbolt doesn't work. They had multiple lockboxes that we were trying to get the keys out of. It ended up being down on the ground behind a shovel out of site. The website listing states the AC will be set upon arrival and we showed up to a house at 80 degrees. Overall it's a place to sleep and that was it.

Not what I thought

The property was good for what it was which is a place to sleep. The bathrooms paint is chipping off, the stove burners don't all work, the outside grill is half not working so it's hard to cook on. Also, to empty out the garbage, you need to drive down half a mile to go to the dump which is so inconvenient. The property needs to be updated for sure.

felt deceived by other reviews

I don't usually take the time to give a review if I agree with the other reviews but in this case I felt deceived by the other reviews. Although the house was ok but not great I felt the others give it too high of a rating. I felt like I was staying at a friends very "lived in" house. Not like the typical VRBO I have stayed in where I fill like I am their first guest and everything is in perfect order. There were a lot of dings in the walls that needed touch up paint, there was not enough silverware for everyone to have 1 meal together, pots and pans were looking old and dingy, the outside needs repairs to the railing and a good paint job, and everything just felt very lived in and used. ALL that being said if I had paid the off season price of $150 and I knew what I was getting when I signed up I probably wouldn't care so much. But at the price of $450 and not knowing what I was getting I was little annoyed at all the things that kept coming up.

Great location!

Great location and view! Garage converted to tv/game room is perfect for groups with kids and adults! Super easy check-in/check out process. Overall good for the price. Communication with owner was great. We had one issue but Hollie immediately took action and made it right!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect location for our family reunion. The house had plenty of beds and a large eating area inside and outside on the deck with a gorgeous view of the lake. The house was clean and well stocked with blankets, pillows, and kitchen utensils including a grill! We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely perfect!! Great view!

This place is absolutely perfect if you want to stay there with a couple of friends, it is very accommodating for a lot of people. Everybody can have their own space and then it has a couple of areas where everybody can gather together. The view from the cabin is absolutely wonderful, you can see the lake from the balcony. The owner of the cabin is so incredibly sweet and very communicative! Wonderful place!!
