30a Beach Properties presents Crown Studio. This 58 Main St Rosemary Beach location offers fabulous gulf, western green and sunset views from a fabulous clean furnished condo. This rare south Main St address is steps to restaurants and the beach. A perfect location for easy family beach access or attending a wedding. All new interiors by local professional designer feature soft natural fabrics and crisp clean bedding in a refreshing beach design! Crown Studio occupies the entire 2nd floor of 58 Main Street. A front balcony overlooks Main Street with views of the Western Green and the Gulf. The rear balcony is a common space and offers an outdoor dining table and a place for your beach gear. The spacious open floor plan provides a luxurious queen sleeping area with fresh linens. The spacious dining area for four and carefully designed living area allows you to comfortably spend time with friends and family. Around the corner in a secluded alcove is another gorgeous queen bed with the finer details considered.

We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers

All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

Bed 2: Queen (tucked in alcove at front of the floor plan overlooking Main Street, with privacy curtain)

Fully equipped kitchenette features Keurig and drip coffee machines, microwave, larger sized toaster oven, dishwasher, full sink. The mini-fridge produces ice cubes. There is a secondary mini fridge with top freezer in a closet area.

No elevator.
No smoking.
No pets.

Parking is one reserved space directly behind the condo.

The Barbados pool and Coquina Pool (heated) are nearby. Boardwalk 'G' is steps away.

Canā€™t beat this location! Great for a getaway. The beach and places to eat/shop were in walking distance (quite literally a few steps away). The balcony was a bonus, enjoyed the evening watching a summer wedding and the night life below!

We booked this last year at last minute and first time visiting the beach int the winter. We were hoping it would be available again and it was. Great location to the beach, shops, good food. We hope to be here again next year!

Perfect Girls Getaway!

We absolutely loved the location of this place. It was perfect! My daughters and I had a great time. The check in/out process was very easy and the parking was a nice bonus. We learned the wifi can be spotty during busy times and everything in the bathroom leaked liked crazy but overall it was a great place in an amazing location. We would definitely rent again!

Location!

Perfect spot for the 2 of us. Comfortable bed, selection of pillows, everything clean and ready for us. The best thing is the location though. Great people watching balcony over Main Street. Everything was walkable. Great restaurants. Walked to our go-to breakfast spot several mornings, The Donut Hole. Enjoyed morning and evening walks around Rosemary Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Rosemary Beach Studio

Very clean and perfect size for a couple. Great location and steps away from the beach. Internet went down for a day which had major impact since cell service is spotty. Owner promised $150 credit but Iā€™ve yet to see it. Pricing for unit on web site wasnā€™t accurate. After adding in all the fees the listed price per day doubled.

Loved everything about the property with two exceptions. 1) Too many stairs. We worked around it, but it was not great. 2) The shower was tiny, and not enjoyable to use.

Great spacious studio, with an amazing view of the beach

My family of four enjoyed a great beach vacation in this studio. The location is perfect. We ate at all the great restaurants that are literally steps away. The beach was very close, the beach entrance is literally a block away. The Rosemary Beach pools are great and one is two blocks away. The neighborhood is safe and relaxing. We got around the neighborhood by bike (we rented some). The room was beautifully decorated and was laid out well, so there was plenty of room for us (two adults, an 11 year old and a 7 year old). Having two full-size beds is great, much better than one bed and a pull out sofa. The studio is long and spacious, we never felt crowded while we were home. The kitchen is functional enough to cook breakfast and reheat leftovers. As many others have said, parking is not really an issue. The streets can be busy in the day, especially on Main St. We unloaded through the back door and I parked one block over since we arrived around 2pm. I moved the car around 8am the next morning to a spot directly in front of the studio on Main St. Tip: Get up around 6am (before it gets hot) and enjoy your coffee and the great ocean view on the front porch!

Great location in Rosemary Beach and perfect for a couple as a beach getaway. Crown studio is a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of Rosemary, with easy walking to shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is fantastic - great view of the water but also great for people watching on Main St. itā€™s a very comfy place to stay.

My husband and I spent our 50th wedding anniversary in Rosemary Beach. We stayed at the Crown Studio on Main St. The location was the best we've ever experienced. The short walk to the beach, the pools, the shops and restaurants were so convenient. You might think it would be loud in the evening but it was very peaceful. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. I will say that the interior needs a little refreshing. The living room rug had a number of stains and the bathroom just needs an update. However I would stay there again without a doubt.

Perfect location

The room was very cozy for my daughter and I to spend five nights, however, there were a couple of issues. It didnā€™t seem like the floor had been mopped well as our feet were black after walking around the studio. The bathroom sink was constantly leaking and the shower lever to turn the shower on fell off and would not stay back onā€¦so it was difficult to turn the water on and off with a wet wash rag. (Our only solution that worked). The property owner was responsive and had someone come out to fix it the next day, however, it did not stay on. Hopefully that wonā€™t be an issue for anybody else. Also, do not plan on sleeping in as the garbage trucks come extremely early in the morning that are right outside of the property. On a positive note, the location was wonderful. Very close to the beach walking distance to all of the restaurants. It was a perfect location for my daughter and I to spend a girl getaway. Regardless of a few issues, we would stay again.

This property was exactly as pictured, if not nicer in person. The check in process was very easy and Matthew met us and took us through the property and gave us some tips *3rd Cup is a must! Although the property is in the middle of the action, we couldn't hear a thing. We will definitely be back.

Perfect family spot

You can't beat this location for the beach! You're smack dab in the middle of everything, no car needed once you park. But it was nice having a spot when we wanted to venture out a bit. Definitely would stay again

Perfect VRBO

Great location on Main Street in Rosemary Beach. We moved the walkability of the area to restaurants, shops, beach and pool. We were very comfortable. My only wish was better lighting in the bathroom and could have used a little more counter space. Overall, we loved our whole experience and accommodations.
