Largest 2 Bedroom Floorplan in Las Palomas

Our condo is over 2000 sq ft of indoor/outdoor living space. Both bedrooms are extremely spacious. The master bed is a king size, and the spare bed is a queen size. Both mattresses are brand new, and extremely comfortable. There is also a pull out sofa queen bed in the living room.

The master bedroom, kitchen and living room areas all have amazing views of the Sea of Cortez and its priceless Mexican sunsets. The balcony is over 400 square feet and will accommodate all of your guests comfortably. The balcony has a huge dinner table, a couch, and lounge chairs for you to take in the sun rays in privacy. Please take the time to sit out on the balcony for meals and cocktails...you will be so happy you did.

The decor in our condo is the nicest in Las Palomas. We traveled all over the state of Sonora, Mexico, for the most rustic, old-world furnishings, which will be sure to please your eye and make you feel relaxed. All of the furniture in our condo was hand crafted by local wood carvers in the city of Puerto Penasco. You will find that the furniture is full of life, full of charm, and extremely comfortable.

We have flat screen televisions and blue-ray players in every room. All the televisions are hooked up to Netflix as well, so that you can enjoy Netflix movies on us! We have a sound system for you to enjoy your music from all of your Bluetooth devices. We also have a closet full of books and games for you and your family to enjoy. This is the most updated, state of the art condo in all of Las Palomas, and you will be sooooo happy you picked Cabrillo 706!!!

There is a resort fee of 4.8% which is already included in our nightly rate.

WARNING: If you find another condo for less for the same type of unit, i.e., 2 BR vs. 2 BR, please be aware that you might be renting from a what is called a 'rogue' renter which not permitted at the resort, but it does happen far too often.

The resort sets the minimum rates for all rental pool owners and we can't discount them beyond that amount. The rogue renters discount their rates, but if you were caught, and they are checking more now than ever before, you would be asked to either pay the full rate or you would be evicted...not a nice way to spend your vacation, always looking over your shoulder. So, if you find something for less as in the above example, ask the owner if he/she is in the rental pool. We suggest that you verify it by calling the resort at 866-360-2324, and be sure to have the unit name and number before calling. Our unit is Cabrillo 706. If it's not in the rental pool, we recommend you keeping looking.

Enough said...sorry this has become an issue, but we owners are trying to maintain the 4 diamond quality of the resort and we can't do that effectively when rogue renters are renting poor quality units, then their guests complain, which in turn hurts our 4 diamond ratings.

Weekend getaway end of October

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The weather was superb with perfect temperatures! This was a low key escape meant to destress and the beach and pools made that possible. There is lots to see and do, but we will save this for our next visit. The views from the balcony are stupendous! Thank you for a memorable stay.

Absolutely loved this rental. Danielle was great with communication and the place was perfect. Fully stocked and great location. Very clean and would highly recommend!! We will definitely book again. Very roomy and beds were super comfy! Beautiful views and a book on the table with helpful food recommendations and activities nearby!

Rock Point Dream Condo

The host contacted me before going to Mexico and was very accommodating. The condo was decorated to the nines and was very clean. I would definitely stay there again if it was available. If you are planning a trip to Rocky Point I would obsoletely consider booking this condo.

Great Family Time

We really enjoyed our stay in Rocky Point. This was our first visit to Mexico, and our family of 5 (kids 4 1/2, 2 1/2, 1) had a great time on the beach and in the pools. We had to call customer service several times to fix things (internet, TV, loud beeping, electricity went out), and they always sent someone quickly to fix the issue. We would definitely like to return again!

We've stayed at tons of units on several properties and this one was updated and decorated the nicest. It was a plus to have plastic dishes for my kids to use, most units don't have that. Loved having satellite and games to play, plus sand toys. My only note is that the bed in the extra bedroom is a double, not a queen. Not sure if that was clear on the listing and I just forgot, or if the listing isn't clear. Overall, I'd stay here again. Host was very responsive and kind!

This was one of the greatest family vacations we’ve ever had! The condo was perfect and the owners were so helpful! Waking up to the ocean every morning was so amazing. Highly recommend!!!!

The condo is even better than pictured!

The condo was lovely and very spacious. We ventured over the bordrw for the first time and the owners helped talk us through everything. Great resort and very communicative owners....thanks for a great stay!

My family loved our stay here. The condo was perfectly equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was enjoyed throughout the day. I appreciate the owners had so many amendments amenities in the kitchen because I cooked several meals in there during our stay (though we did eat local tacos ever day!). The bathrooms are spacious and clean and both rooms are very nicely decorated.

We own another condo in Las Palomas, Rubi 503, and love the resort. It is the perfect place to go to just get away from it all. You have the Sand and the Sea right in front of you. What more could you ask for?! Every time we pull up to the resort we both light up like the Fourth of July.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We LOVE our property!! When we first walked in we absolutely fell in love with the view. The location is perfect! You can still see the resort from the balcony but don't hear all of the noise :) And the view from inside of the condo is absolutely breathtaking!
