Thanks for being in my house but I want to say some clarification about what you said: first of all you arrived at the house with a big delay without even telling me that I was waiting for you; as you wrote in the things of the house you noticed maybe this is the point, this is a house, not a hotel! sheets are normal and luckily no other guest before you has complained about the quality and comfort. the water pressure is absolutely good for the Roman standards of condominiums with many apartments. I have always been at your disposal and, if you needed more pillows, you could ask me, there are many others inside the house. the "weird smell" that you heard when you entered the house is due, as you said, to the renovation of the building they are doing in this period. I am surprised that you have not even written that when you arrived you found, slippers, bath products, a small aperitif, a list with some suggestions of restaurants in the area etc etc, it would be more correct to write these things instead of writing only the "negative" things that you have noticed. I'm always ready to consider feedback from my guests to improve but I would like these feedbacks to be objective and not just for pointing out negative things. I wish you all the best.
