The Cottage
Our delightful garden cottage is nestled in the heart of a lush tropical garden, just minutes from downtown Miami and only half a block from the Marlins Ballpark. Located behind our home, it offers a peaceful, private retreat surrounded by nature.
The cottage features a comfortable queen-size bed, a cozy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious closet stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your days by the ocean.
Outside, relax beneath our magnificent mango tree, unwind in one of several garden seating areas, enjoy a romantic al fresco dinner, or cool off in our refreshing outdoor shower after a day exploring Miami.
The Neighborhood
We are located in Grove Park, one of Miami’s federally designated historic neighborhoods. Our quiet, tree-lined street is shaded by a beautiful canopy and offers a peaceful escape while remaining close to everything.

● South Beach (10–15 minutes)
Baseball fans will love being just half a block from the Marlins Ballpark.
Nature lovers can stroll through nearby Sewell Park and enjoy the beauty of the Miami River. We also love being so close to Miami’s cultural treasures, including the Adrienne Arsht Center, Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), the Rubell Museum, and the Margulies Collection.
Getting Around
Public transportation is nearby, including Metrorail, Metrobus, and the Miami Trolley. Citi Bike rentals are available at the Marlins Ballpark, making it easy to explore the city without a car.
Drivers will appreciate the quick access to SR-836, I-395 (to Miami Beach), and I-95 North and South.
Why We Love Living Here
Our garden is home to colorful flowers, tropical birds, butterflies, friendly neighborhood cats, curious lizards, and, of course, our enormous mango tree—a truly Miami experience. Sharing this little oasis with guests from around the world has been one of life’s greatest pleasures.
