Guest Access

This is a private property located in a secured locked building. Ballard Residence apartment is equipped with safety door, state of the art alarm system and 24/7 surveillance. Our property manager will be on call to make sure you are at ease during your stay via phone and viber.
Housekeeping service tends to our properties on regular bases. You will have shampoo and shower gel as a start up kit for your arrival to the house. All linens and towels are laundered regularly by housekeeping during your stay.

Walk 400m east to see the most popular part of Novi Sad – Trg Slobode and The Name of Mary Cathedral. Stroll down Zmaj Jovina and Dunavska street and enjoy great shopping and have a cup of coffee while doing what everybody does best in Novi Sad – People Watching.

Getting around

Walk
Most of the popular sightseeing attractions are close to Ballard Residence in Novi Sad and should take the advantage of your location and walk around.
Taxi
Pick up Ballard Residence Taxi Card while you are in the apartment. It will have the address of the apartment in case you end up lost in Novi Sad (extremely hard to do) and contact number of few taxi services (some are viber friendly). Taxi service in Novi Sad is fairly cheap and should not cost more than few EUR within city limits.
Public Transportation
Novi Sad has good working grid of public bus service and there is a lot of stations really close to the apartment
Parking
Keep in mind Ballard Residence is located in downtown Novi Sad and it might be hard to find parking spot. Also, please note that all street parking in downtown Novi Sad is paid parking. Public garages parking lots are located close by (see the map with sights that we prepared for you on AirBnB). One secured private parking lot is located across the street from the building (limited availability and additional fees apply).
