This magnificent apartment is located in the heart of Florence, a few steps from Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza Duomo, on the sixth floor (with lift, of course) of an elegant building in Via Brunelleschi.
The entire house has just been renovated and furnished with simple, essential and modern taste, with particular attention to design details and without forgetting comfort and functionality.
The natural light illuminates every room, and together with the light paruqet floors gives the room a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
This apartment can accommodate up to six people thanks to the double bedroom, the twin bedroom and the double sofa bed.
The living room has a comfortable and large sofa bed, and a smart flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is modern and brand new, equipped with all the services and everything you need, with espresso coffee machine, a comfortable peninsula with stools

Weekend in Firenze

This apartment was great. The rooftop balcony was awesome and Pamela was fantastic to work with. We were only there for two nights but Pamela made us feel like we were renting for two months!

LOVED IT

We absolutely loved our stay there. The location can't be beat, the apartment was beautifully decorated, completely renovated, and we had everything we needed (and more). The terrace was a treat, the view is amazing! Our hostess Pamela was amazing, very accommodating of our checking in/out needs, she came by personally to welcome us and explain all the details. Absolutely would stay there again, and again, and again.

Beautiful apartment, incredible views on the deck and a gracious host

We weren't sure what to expect as the photo of the Duomo looked like something from a postcard...but the pictures don't even do it justice...The views were breathtaking and rivaled those we had of Florence from the Piazza Micahelangelo - especially at sunset. The apartment is huge with very spacious bedrooms! Pamela was super friendly and had many great recommendations - the only regret I have is we didn't have time to do all of the things she suggested....from the places to see, the restaurants to eat at and the best place for gelato she helped make our stay phenomenal! Definitely look forward to going back!! Can't imagine a better place to stay...and Florence is amazing.

Fantastic Find in Heart of Florence

We rented this wonderful 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath in the Heart of Florence. The rooftop deck and view of Duomo is a Million Dollar View. What made our stay even better was the Host Pamela, she was right there to greet us and let us know every thing we needed to know about the apartment and had brochures on restaurants and tour companies. Nice tough with having some breakfast items. This was a memorable time for two friends that just turned 60 and had known each other for 50 years. Thank you again Pamela for being there every step of the way.

Jaw dropping!

This apartment, in the heart of Firenze, was just perfect for us. 2 couples from California, traveling Italy for a month. The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to EVERYTHING. But... the rooftop deck... Our collective jaws touched the floor when we emerged from the little staircase and saw the 360 degree view, not to mention feeling like the duomo was sitting in our lap. Wow. Just wow! Thank you, Pamela, for.making our first trip to Firenze so very memorable!

Best stay of our entire trip to Italy

Pamela was so great! She welcomed us and gave us an in person tour of the apartment and rooftop terrace. She gave us recommendations for things we needed and even checked in on us during our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 5. She even had some breakfast foods available which honestly was so perfect and came in so handy. She provided some toiletries in the bathroom, an iron, and even was available for questions during our stay. The air conditioning was perfect too! Everything about this apartment and terrace just made our trip so much better. The elevator was great (small) but helped get our luggage to the 6th floor. The location I think is the best thing about this stay as well. You are steps from the duomo, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely be returning in the future :)

Perfection

The location of this apartment is perfect. It is literally around the corner from The Duomo. Beds were comfortable, all modern amenities. We lacked for nothing. The rooftop view, however, was to die for. We spent the evenings up there drinking wine, listening to a rock concert off in the distance and then ā€œHallelujahā€ coming from the square below. Great view of the sunset too. Pamela was a most gracious host who met us at the apartment, checked on us throughout our stay, and met us to help us checkout and find a taxi. We will definitely be back here!

Incredible location, amazing hostess, luxurious accommodations!

Pamela was incredibly kind, all of our needs were met. The apartment is in the perfect location, so close to all of the hot spots in historic Florence. Could not ask for a better stay in this location - well appointed with every amenity with especially good coffee! And the terrace.... simply amazing!

Fabulous central apartment

Pamela's apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in August. Pamela was in touch prior to our arrival and was very flexible about our arrival time. She met us at the apartment to show us around and gave us tips about places to eat etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we found it to be brighter than we expected from the photos. Pamela has added extra touches with quirky accessories made by a local artist, which you don't expect in a rental property. The apartment was very quiet, despite being right in the centre or Florence, and the air-con worked well. The shared roof terrace was a real bonus - it's up a few stairs close to the door to the apartment - what a view! Thank you Pamela, we'll be recommending your apartment and if we're ever back in Florence we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Pamela has a wonderful flat. Accommodating to our families needs. Walk out the door and your steps from the duomo. Terrace is as pictured we wish we were there more nights to have taken better advantage of it.

Good space and location.

You can walk anywhere from here. Between Uffizi and Academia and near everything you might want, near markets etc and very walkable. Apt was OK, Main bedroom not much privacy, bath good and kitchen was very usable with breakfast goodies. Living room not inviting but for us it was only 2 nights. Hostess really great, very helpful. One big disappointment for me , the terrace was up a very steep staircase one floor up from the apt, also not private but if you are young and in good shape the view is fantastic and pictures were great but I really couldn't use it thus the 4 stars.

Amazing Views and So Welcoming!

We absolutely loved our stay in Florence at Pam's beautiful apartment. The views were absolutely gorgeous of the Duomo from the rooftop terrace and we loved being able to open our windows in the apartment and let the fresh breeze roll in. The decoration and furnishings were so welcoming and comfortable, it was such a pleasure coming back there at the end of a long day of touring. Pam was so sweet to meet us at the apartment and give us some great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Great option for staying in the heart of the city and would not hesitate to stay there again! Thank you Pam!

Plus central y a pas, plus commode c'est pas possible avec tout Ơ proximitƩ : la pharmacie le supermarchƩ un petit bar pour le petit dƩjeuner..avec en plus la plus belle vue sur le duomo de la terrasse ! Enfin un accueil de Pamela d'une gentillesse rare avec en plus de l'eau dans le frigo des fossettes de cafƩ biscottes etc... Sans aucun doute je reviendrai !

Wonderful apartment, best place in Florence to stay at!

Wonderful apartment, everything was nice bright and clean. The terasse hade the most wonderful view. Pamela the host was very kind and so helpful. She answer quickly everytime I send her a messenger. She also help us book a garage and met us there to guide us the the apartment. I would absolutely recommend the apartment to anyone who needs somewhere to sleep in Florence and I will definetly book the apartment again when I travel back to Florence.

Charming property and amazing location

A lovely comfortable apartment, beautifully located for exploring the city. Pamela couldn't have been more helpful and friendly & had the apartment well stocked with toiletries & a welcome pack of food. We loved taking our drinks up onto the roof terrace before going out for the evening! Would thoroughly recommend
