This detached lodge in Swarland sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
Apple Tree Lodge is a quality detached lodge in the grounds of Swarland Old Hall. The lodge has a double with en-suite, another double and a twin, as well as a family shower room. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with doors leading to a veranda with furniture and BBQ. Apple Tree Lodge also has shared access to a play area, shared garden and the grounds and woodland around Swarland Old Hall. The Heritage Coast with its castles and golden sandy beaches is an easy drive.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Large shared lawned garden. Private deck with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of grounds, woodland and play area with swings, slides and a climbing frame. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles.
