We love to watch our family enjoying the beach from the deck, and can yell for them when time to come back. We love to cook at the beach, so the Kitchen is set with dishes, pots, silverware, cooking utensils, baking utensils, Keurig and standard drip coffee pot, toaster and crockpot. New appliances as of September 2021. Living room has plenty of seating for all! 3 sofas, 1 love seat, 2 oversized chairs and a rocking recliner, 60" smart flat screen TV with tons of streaming options. Master bedroom has a king bed, wall mounted Smart TV and large attached bathroom. Bed 2 and 3 both have queen beds and smart TV’s, bed 4 has two twin over full solid wood custom built bunk beds and a Smart TV. Home has a whole home dehumidifier, as well as new ac system. The 1,500sqft HUGE deck has a large picnic table, 6 counter height deck chairs with table. Perfect for morning coffee, sunning, kites, and watching the stars at night. Downstairs features full concrete under home area, an outdoor shower to clean up after coming in from the beach, and a foot wash at the base of the stairs. Charcoal barbecue pit available, but bring your own if you plan to have an extensive BBQ. Plenty space for parking is available under the house and on adjacent lot.
