Monticelli is a business and hospitality center, a 15th-century residence, welcoming and full of charm, a typical stone-built rural dwelling, conserving the original architecture characteristic of the agricultural civilization of the area but with innovative technological solutions aimed at efficient use of energy and water resources.

The complex of rural buildings, which extends on the top of a hill at over 500 m s. L.M. in a privileged position in front of Gubbio, it is immersed in a larger green area, with an ecological salt-water swimming pool, and is also fully accessible to disabled customers.

Inside, the farmhouse offers, on the first floor, an 80 m² apartment, finely furnished with fine furniture, with accommodation and overnight stay only, which can accommodate 4-6 people (structure: living room with sofa bed, kitchen, two bedrooms bedroom, two bathrooms).
