Great Location at a great price

The condo was large, clean and quiet. The location was great close to the beaches, just a short walk. The amenities and pools were nice and close to the unit. Parking was also very convenient. Only suggestion I would say is maybe more cleaning supplies. Also the air conditioners in the bedrooms work well but are a little loud. The living area does not have air conditioning and can get a little warm, so you have to keep the windows open to get the breeze. Loved our trip and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location

We had a fabulous time in Kauai. This property was great. Just a few things we didn’t love. PROS: location is perfect. Poipu was close to most everything we had planned and we loved the beautiful beaches. beautiful resort. You can walk to poipu beach. Pool and hot tub were great. The condo is large and fit our family of four wonderfully. The ACs were portable units. They worked great in the bedrooms but we needed one in the family room. The access to the athletic club was really nice for the fitness center. The beds were comfortable. And there is a washer and dryer which we used and were so grateful to have to wash towels etc. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pans etc., it had everything we needed. CONS: the beach equipment was seriously lacking. Only two beach style chairs and they were old and rusted. Not in good shape. There were two camping chairs but one was broken. We didn’t have enough chairs for the 4 of us. It would not be expensive to update the beach equipment. They had “boogie boards” but they were really more like kick boards for small kids. We didn’t use them. We ended up buying a boogie board. There was no cooler or shade umbrella. Very disappointed in the beach equipment. The family room was big but the furniture is kind of patio style and not comfortable to lounge in. The tv is tiny and didn’t work well. The remote only worked half the time. The pillows were terrible. Overall the property was nice a few upgrades would make a difference.

Poipu Stay

Booking this property was fast and easy. The directions were very helpful when we had a late check in. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was the property wasn’t as clean as expected. The bathroom tubs were pretty dirty. It could use a little more as far as cleaning goes. The beds were okay. The kitchen was in good condition and was fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Overall we had a good experience with this property.

April 2018 Stay

It was a lovely stay. We love being close to Poipu County beach and Shipwreck. You can't do better from a location perspective! Only two minor property complaints 1. the lanai of 510 overlooked the parking lot :-( 2. there weren't enough unreserved parking places in the lot close to the condo - bad on the rainy days. I apologize, could not locate the Kaua'i coffee bags provided to replace them I love staying in Poipu. thank you very much.

Great spot. Great staff. Great experience!

We loved the location of the property! It's centrally-located to explore the entire island, plus it's close to many beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The condo is huge! Plenty of space for our entire family, and the internet and cable tv worked very well. Not having air conditioning wasn't a big deal. If you want more fans, just ask the front desk and they'll drop off as many as you'd like. We would definitely stay here again!
