House with garden and jacuzzi a few minutes from Paris and Versailles

Thanks a lot Mark. It was real pleasure to meet you. You'll always be welcome here.

Thanks a lot Ella. It was my pleasure. You'll always be welcome.

Dear Eleanor, It was a pleasure to meet you and your charming family. I was happy to help. I'm glad you liked my house. Thank you for taking good care of it. Regards Denis

Upon arrival at the house this person decided that she would not stay because his friend could not handle stairs. That’s what she calls « unacceptable ». Knowing that her friend had difficulties climbing stairs she should have asked me about it before making the reservation. She even complained that there were stairs to walk to the center of the city ! This person adds that I did not reply to her request. I did reply. We exchanged quite a few messages in fact. Eventually I made a partial reimbursement. It made no sense to do a full reimbursement. By canceling upon arrival based on her own criteria, she left me no chance to rent the house again.
