Traditional villa rental with private swimming pool and Jacuzzi on the hills of Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy.
This villa with private swimming pool has a nice garden, perfect to spend the hottest days during the summer season. The garden hosts an outdoor patio equipped with a barbecue, table and chairs to have al-fresco dinings, a gym with steam shower, a ping-pong table and a Jacuzzi. Inside, this villa for rent has large interiors, furnished in typical Tuscan style. From this villa guests can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the valley and Arezzo.
The strategical position of this villa allows guests to easily reach by car all the main art cities in Tuscany and its surroundings. Guests can also take advantage from the nearby Arezzo train station with daily links to Rome, Siena and Perugia.
At guests’ disposal: extensive gardens furnished with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, barbecue area with traditional oven, private swimming pool (circular shape, diameter 8m, depth 1.4m), outdoor jacuzzi (5 seats, heated), outdoor shower, ping-pong table, gym and hydromassage/steam shower (located in an independent outbuilding), mosquito screens in all the bedrooms, wi-fi internet connection.
Extra services: pets are accepted (on request) at the cost of euro 50 per pet.

Great property with lots to offer! Of course its an old house, and there is lots of bugs in Tuscany so when you book it know this, its such a great space!! The kids enjoyed the yard, the adults enjoyed the view and the owner and his helper were extremely responsive and helped us very quickly with any questions.

We had a great stay. The house is on top of a Mountain. So You have a great view over the landscape and arezzo. The next supermarket and the old town is just a short ride away. The house keeper war very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean, the bedrooms, bathroom and the pool was very nice. One star less, because the pictures of the inside are a bit different from the reality and the living room has a big pool f a weird smell

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Luciano. We stayed during the October half term and were blessed with good weather c. 26 degrees. The villa had everything we needed with ample room for our large family, we probably only used 1/3rd of the house. The outside space was truly spectacular with views from the pool and jacuzzi over vin yards and olive groves and the town of Arezzo. We travelled to Siena easily by car and to Florence by train, parking at the station in Arezzo. A perfect spot for both relaxing in the countryside and exploring nearby cities and tourist attractions. Luciano was friendly and accommodating, and we hope to return again.

No what expected

The house entirely smells like Thrift shop ( very unpleasant) full of bugs. Spiderwebs, dust, stuff randomly storage in absolutely visible corners of the house ,need to clean every single dish before use, I was charged with 160 for cleaning, that I would have wished was use before my arrival in the contract said I will be extra charge for the use of A/C , and yes I was the use of regular electricity and gas for use in the shower.

We feel the property was not fit for occupation. There were bugs all over the property despite us having doors and windows closed. There were various issues with cleanliness and the pool was filthy. There was a file on the property which refered to porn sites on the television which our grandkids found frightening. Hair on the bathroom tiles in the shower. We could not make contact via phone or internet which we were never made aware of. It was only the following morning that wew were able to make contact with your agents in Italy to bring the above to their attention and our son in law fell down the spiral staircase and could not continue our journey as he was the only driver available to drive our hire car. I could go on with further matters that need addressing. We ask for your honest opinion about whether this property should have been advertised on your listings. We will expect substantial reimbursement for the experience we had.

Unfortunately, by choosing to leave the property before we were able to arrange an urgent inspection and take corrective action, our options to resolve the matter at the time were limited. While the relocation we offered to another property was not suitable for you, as a gesture of goodwill, we have processed a partial refund and extended a discount on a future reservation at any of our 700 villas. Overall, the description of the property matched with what we got. Just a few points we would like to highlight though : - WIFI only worked in the sitting areas and outside only next to the modem. Not that this is a negative towards the owner, but could be better described in the overall information - cleanliness could be better : some things cannot be avoided (like spiderwebs), but e.g. the hood in the kitchen was very greasy and we found some dirty dishes in the cupboards. And of course due to older furniture, some cupboards smelt so we did not put clothes inside. - the outside furniture could use some maintenance / check up - At a certain point in time, water turned green, but owner came immediately to sort it out. It was a pitty, but the owner did his best to accommodate and gave us a bit of compensation. - In the description it may be helpful to mention the narrow road to get to the property - it may feel a bit scary to some people. Very nice place to be with family and enjoy the outside living. views are stunning. So overall, it was a good experience. We enjoyed our stay. We could recommend it with the little points clarified above.

Das Haus liegt oben auf einem Berg, heißt man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Landschaft und die Altstadt Arezzo. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend. Es war auch alles sauber in dem Haus. Zu bemängeln wäre nur, dass manche Möbel schon ziemlich abgenutzt waren und erneuert werden müssten. Auch die Bilder entsprechen nicht ganz der Realität (vorallem innen), im unteren Bereich riecht es etwas irritierend. Der Pool war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wenn man sich etwas eingelebt hat fühlt man sich sehr wohl in dem Haus und kann definitiv einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt genießen!

Dieser Ausblick war unbezahlbar

Das Haus ist alt und am Anfang waren wir etwas geschockt, weil von den Innenräumen auch kaum Fotos vorhanden waren. Aber nach der ersten Nacht und einem Abend im Jacuzzi mit unglaublichen Ausblick haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist unfassbar hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen vielleicht im Sommer wieder um auch den riesengroßen Pool nutzen zu können.

Mein Partner und ich waren im Oktober in der Villa. Kurz vorweg: der Start war etwas unschön, da wir nicht darauf gefasst waren, dass die Villa von Innen wirklich So alt ist. Es sind auch viel zu wenige Fotos von Innen zu sehen! Aber nach einer Weile haben wir uns es gemütlich eingerichtet und der Vermieter Luciano ist ein absoluter Schatz! Der Whirlpool war unser Highlight. Bei Sonnenuntergang im warmen Wasser, ein Glas Wein in der Hand und die traumhaft schöne Landschaft. Alleine deswegen würden wir wieder kommen. Aber das Haus müsste dringend renoviert werden. Aber der Preis ist angemessen, das Anwesen ist riesengroß.

Prima vakantie gehad

We hebben een prima vakantie gehad. Bij aankomst had het huis een prima sfeer. De problemen die ontstonden tijdens het verblijf werden direct opgelost door de verhuurder. Zo was er stormschade ontstaan, dit werd direct hersteld. Ook was er op een dag geen warm water meer uit de kraan. Ook direct opgelost. De inboedel heeft een authentieke sfeer. Soms is het behelpen met apperatuur wat defect blijkt zijn maar er is voldoende aanwezig. Bijvoorbeeld: koffieapperatuur wat niet goed werkte. Op de koudere avonden hebben we heerlijk de openhaard gestookt. Lekker in de jacuzzi gezeten. De sleutelhouder is een vriendelijke man en goed te benaderen.

Wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt an diesem Ort. So wohl, dass wir gar nicht viel unternommen haben, sondern die Umgebung ums Haus genossen. Obwohl es nicht einfach ist das alte Haus sauber zu halten, hat man sich Mühe gegeben, möglichst alles blitzblank zu bekommen. Im Oktober war es etwas kühl, aber die Heizung oder das Cheminée brachten schnell eine gute Temperatur. Dankbar waren wir auch für den Geschirrspüler. Und das Jacuzzi mit Aussicht ist der Hit

Villa Luciano is a very spectacular villa. The building dates back to 1560, the furniture and all the details in the house are just breathtaking. So is the view towards Arezzo valley, even better than in the photos! Upon arrival we couldn't believe that there are 37 curves on a hilly road before reaching the villa but we got used to it. It gives a very remote feeling though there are some other houses nearby (the only thing we heard was some remote barking on one evening). We spoke in Italian with Luciano who is such a nice and warm gentelman, very helpful and also creative (hints inside the house). He gave the key and provided us with instructions. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and also some refreshing swim in the pool. When watching TV, there are two different digital boxes for the channels (for Germans and for the others, Italian channels included). The beds are comfortable, having shower in the bigger bathroom is slightly easier but we managed everything. There is even a little gym if you feel the need :) Also a place for cooking your own pizza. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to enjoy playing billiard but the room seemed very appealing for that. We absolutely loved our stay and we would definately return for the next trip to discover some others of the numerous treasures in Tuscany area!

Tolles Haus für die ganze Familie

Wir haben dort eine Woche Urlaub genossen. Das Haus bzw. das rießen Grundstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Tagsüber planscht man in dem sehr großen Pool und kann abends nach einem gemütlichen Grill oder Pizzabend (es gibt einen Pizzabackofen im Garten) noch eine Runde in den Jacuzzi entspannen. Küche war bestens ausgestattet und das Haus war sauber. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, bietet eine tolle Aussicht und ist etwas abgelegen. Allerdings sollte einem bewusst sein das Haus ist im typisch toskanischen Stil eingerichtet und könnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas renoviert werden.
