Fantastic house and fantastic owner!

We had an excellent stay at Pierpaulo’s house. The house is very well equipped, the garden with the pool is beautiful and well cared after. But the nicest part of our stay was the kindness of Pierpaulo who helped us with some reservations and foresaw some drinks and sweets to welcome us. Thank you Pierpaulo !

Awesome place with super nice host!

Everything is as you can see it at the photos and even more beautiful! You won't miss anything. The host Pierpaolo is such a nice and friendly person- always in a good mood and caring about his guests. He was immediately helping when having a question or problem and even organized toys so that our smallest family member had an amazing stay as well. Really recommendable!

Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were very good. Everything you needed to cook, comfy mattress... always a must for a good nights sleep! Wonderful gardens where the owners Maria and Pierpaolo did a stunning perfect job! The pool was fantastic as were the outdoor bbq’s. We had a lovely welcome after a late night arrival which was so thoughtful. The information pack was also so helpful, we went to several of the recommended beaches, towns and restaurants, all of which did not disappoint. We can’t recommend this property enough, a perfect stay, thanks Pierpaolo and Maria for the best communication ever!

EXCELLENT

The most charming and beautiful location, lovely garden and lots of space. Villa Dolores is just fantastic and lends itself to communal fun with lots of quite places to retreat to. A short way from beaches and town. Owners could not be more friendly and helpful. One of the best holidays homes. Ever. Clean, private, lots of shade, all amenities there, driveway, BBQ, short drive to supermarkets and to the most amazing coastline. Enjoy."

Wonderful time!!

We had a wonderful time!! It is a beautiful Villa with a magnificent swimming pool and a wonderful garden ideally for evenings with friends and for children. Actually the garden is a paradise for children. The house is well equipped und very clean. There is a baby bed and a high chair, a microwave und a washing machine - short everything what we need for us and our two children (3,5 years and 18 months). Pierpaolo and Dolores were very helpful and friendly. Maria, the agent, was always available during the rent. The beach nearby is beautiful and you can reach it in few minutes. We will definitely come back and stay there again!

Superb villa in excellent location

We stayed here as three generations of a family of 8 from 72 years old too 14 months. We had high hopes for the villa after much research on Sardinia and it did not disappoint! We have travelled for many years and stayed in many villas and this is hands down the best we have visited. Maria was very helpful when booking and communication was always prompt when answering my many emails! The villa is a short 15 minute drive from Alghero airport and we were met on time by the owner Pierpaulo who gave us an extensive helpful tour of the property and gardens. he also had a welcome pack and shared a bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture. We had a small issue on the first day which Pierpaulo reacted to within one hour and fixed himself - he was fantastic for the 2 weeks including our exit and we cant thank him enough for allowing people to stay in his wonderful property. The pictures cannot do this villa enough justice the grounds and pool are perfect for young and old. there are four outdoor seating areas with an excellent bbq area. The bedrooms are kept cool due to being under the house, all bedrooms were of a good size and very comfortable. the cot and high chair looked brand new and thank you for the piglet teddy that was provided with the cot, those little touches are hugely appreciated. The villa location is a 10 minute drive maximum to Alghero a stunning town with so many places to eat, drink and explore - we will return as i could wander the streets for hours - so beautiful. The beaches along from Alghero are white sands and turqoise waters - like the carribean except the sea was a few degrees colder!! Great base to explore the north coast and Bosa as well.

Lovely villa

Our family had a fantastic week, the villa catered for everything we could have asked for, which included 3 children between 0-3. Pierpaolo was super helpful ensuring we were settled and that there were no problems. we loved the pool area and the outdoor kitchen especially.

Perfect family house

We spent 14 wonderful days in this incredibly beautiful house! The kids loved the pool, outdoor play area and trampoline. The house and grounds were spotlessly clean upon arrival. We were served delicious snacks and drinks by the incredibly hospitable owner Pierpaolo. Everything about this house is top standard and looked after. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a fantastic barbecue area outside. The owner is incredibly nice. We will be back. Strongly recommended. Family reunited after 2 years

We had a relaxing, wonderful time at this beautiful property. Pierpaolo was a thoughtful, helpful and responsive host. He saw our grocery and beverage load for 8 adults and an infant and he offered us a second refrigerator in the outdoor kitchen- it was very helpful. Pierpaolo also helped arrange a boat rental through Coral Bay Boat rentals - it was a busy time in Sardinia and his help made that so much easier to arrange. We enjoyed all the amenities in the kitchen, loved playing in and lounging by the pool. Great place for children - easy and safe. Access to shops, Alghero’s old town and the beach quick and easy as well. Our family had not been together for two years and this was the most wonderful place to be together. We would love to come back and we will !!! Don’t miss it if you come to Sardinia . Thank you for a wonderful stay !!

Soggiorno perfetto

Siamo stati benissimo presso la villa che è veramente curata e fornita di ogni comfort. I bambini erano cosi contenti della piscina che non vedevano l’ora di tornare a casa alla fine della giornata! Comodissimo il patio con il bbq per cenare fuori ogni giorno. Proprietario cortese e sempre disponibile. Raccomandatissimo.

Mooie vakantie in villa in Alghero

Een prachtige villa met een mooie en heel goed onderhouden tuin. Het zwembad was top. De eigenaar kwam dit geregeld schoonmaken. Dicht bij Alghero, dus boodschappen geen probleem. Contact met agentschap verliep ook door Covid-19 zeer plezierig. Een minpuntje: een echtpaar klaagde over een slecht 2-persoonsbed en er zijn niet 5 maar 4 badkamers. Maar door de luxe van het huis stap je daar snel overheen. Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad. familie Boschma

schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt recht allein zwischen vielen Olivengärten, die von Hunden bewacht werden - diese sind nachts recht laut. Der schöne Garten, das grosse Grundstück und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt. Wir haben die schöne Sonnenterrasse sehr genossen. Wir waren mit 8 Personen in dem Haus - dafür ist die Küche sehr sehr klein und man findet kaum Stauraum für Lebensmittel und Getränke - wir mussten etwas umräumen und uns so etwas Platz schaffen. Ansonsten sind die Schlafzimmer und Bäder genügend gross. Doch auch in den Zimmern und Bädern fehlt es an Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher und Regalfächer für Kleidung. Die Einrichtung ist Geschmackssache - sehr viele (kitschige) Stoffblumen in allen Ecken. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand und in der Stadt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der Hausbesitzer ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas braucht oder etwas nicht funktioniert.

Dear Mr Patrick, thanks for taking the time to write this review. However, I'm quite surprised that you say that in the rooms we don't have a wardrobe, because each one of the 5 bedrooms has is own wardrobe, and in each of the 6 bathrooms there are hangs and furniture. Anyway, we were happy with your stay but take into account that your children broke 2 garden lights playing football, and we didn't charge anything for this damage. Please, pay more attention next time, more attention when writing a review and more attention when staying in the house. Maria ClickSardegna

Tolles Haus, netter Vermieter

Wir sind mit 2 Familien angereist. Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen, davon 3 Kinder unter 5 und 1 über 10. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Mit Gebäck, Wasser und Wein, was uns wirklich überrascht hat und uns gleich richtig auf den Urlaub einstimmen lies. Der Check-in verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung ist super. Alle Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber. Auch der Pool und vorallem der Gartenbereich sehr sehr gepflegt. Wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann, gab es jede Menge "Extras". Dass die Zimmer im UG angebracht sind, mag zuerst verwirren, aber man weiß die extra Kühle dadurch Nachts gleich zu schätzen. Alle Zimmer hatten zusätzlich trotzdem noch Air-Condition. Die Küche mag bei noch mehr Personen etwas klein sein. Dafür gibt es aber einen großzügigen Grillbereich außerhalb. Der Vermieter kam täglich kurz zum Gießen und war immer interessiert, ob etwas fehlt oder von uns benötigt wird. Er war auch per Whats App schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Der Check Out verlief ebenso unkompliziert und schnell wie der Check In mit keinerlei Beanstandungen. Erwähnen muss man wohl, dass es eine Haus Katze gibt, die auf dem Grundstück wohnt und die man 1x täglich füttern darf. Immer ein Erlebnis für die Kids. Alles sehr unkompliziert, aber bei Allergien vielleicht gut im Vorfeld zu wissen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderschönen Garten und Pool

Wir haben im Juli 2019 mit zwei Familien einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem außergewöhnlichen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Empfang durch Pierpaolo war herzlich. Der gepflegte Garten, der schöne Pool, der Grillplatz und die reichhaltige Ausstattung des Ferienhauses sind hervorzuheben. Insgesamt fanden wir die besten Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub vor. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine klare Empfhelung!

De vakantiewoning was gewoon nog mooier dan op de foto’s echt . We werden echt leuk ontvangen met n lekker drankje en hapje erg vriendelijk : geweldig mooi huis en zwembad . Het was er erg schoon ook 👍👍

Ganz tolles Ferienhaus mit noch schönerem Garten

Wir waren Ende Mai mit 3 Familien im Ferienhaus. Alles war wirklich toll. Insbesondere der super schöne, riesige und gepflegte Garten war toll für die Kinder. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit Maria war freundlich, hilfreich und immer sehr schnell. Vor Ort hat uns Pierpaolo immer helfend zur Seite gestanden. Wenn es auch nur kleine Probleme gab, war er sofort mit seiner Übersetzungs-App zur Stelle und hat alles wieder in Ordnung gebracht. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Dafür gibt es eine absolute Weiterempfehlung. Vielen Dank!

Appena rientrati a casa - Splendida vacanza purtroppo troppo breve, ci sarebbero state tante altre cose da vedere - La proprietà è curatissima e molto bella - pulizia ineccepibile - dotazioni complete - Tranquillità assoluta ed un giardino grandissimo già colorato di estate con un fascino particolare - Ritorneremo sicuramente

Entspannte Ferien in einem wunderschönen Domizil

Wir waren zwei Familien die dieses Haus für 2 Wochen teilten. Der Besizter Pierpaolo hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit Süssigkeiten, kleinen Pizzas und Proseco Willkommen geheissen. Das Haus ist sauber, schön gepflegt, grossräumig und hatte für uns 7 erwachsenen Personen genügend Platz. Der Garten, Pool und verschiedenen Terassen sind einfach toll. Zum Grillieren gibt es neben dem Pool ein grosses Cheminée und eine weitere Lounge. Die Fenster sind alle mit Mückennetzen versehen und in jedem Zimmer gab es einen Moskitostecker, was wir sehr geschätzt haben! Strandtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und zum nächsten Supermarkt und Strand in Alghero braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Der Besitzer ist immer gleich zur Stelle, wenn man etwas sein sollte. Vielen Dank nochmals Pierpaolo, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften.
