The property was gorgeous, very private, and big enough for a large group! We had 19 and it was comfortable for all of us. The large dock was such a fun surprise on top of the beach. We had beautiful sunsets to watch from around the fire pit, and the Lake Cabin is very stylish and modern. Having 2 kitchens was great! Would definitely come back to this property!

Great for a big family!

Every year we do a family vacation somewhere in Ohio due to it being a middle point and we have found it difficult to find a place with enough room for almost 20 people. This place was perfect plenty of space and plenty of things to do!

Beautiful property!

A great place for a large group! Plenty of room and the property is gorgeous. Kids ran around outside while the adults played games and watched football. The 2 bedroom attached cabin is amazing!! We will definitely be coming back.

amazing property!!!

We had a large group of friends stay here and it was fantastic. Between the two kitchens, 8 bedrooms, and huge property, we had plenty of space. We loved swimming in the pond and enjoyed the pool noodles that were stored near the pond house. The couches were super comfy, the bonfire was beautiful, and we had all of the serving dishes we needed.

Amazing vacation at the lake!

Our stay was perfect. The property is beautiful and the houses are so welcoming and comfortable. We had a big extended family get-together and this location and setup was exactly what we were looking for. The younger kids enjoyed fishing in the lake, the kitchen was big enough to cook for a large group, we enjoyed night-time fires by the lake (and even cooked a meal over the fire) and just had a very relaxing time. The owners were extremely accomodating to us and we had great communication with them. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to others

We were really impress with the property -the Lodge and the Cabin - the pictures do not do it justice. The owners were very accommodating, allowing us to come a little early and leave a little late. The outside and location of the property was really nice as well. This really worked out well for our family with children and grandchildren. There were some surprises - the lodge had two refrigerators, the family loved playing foosball and darts, the pond had a great deck. We went to a local park that had a great walkway for the family. There was plenty of parking and we had 6 vehicles and a trailer. We hope to come back when it is warmer but over all we give this a very high grade!

Perfect family getaway

Our family had an amazing stay this weekend! The houses were fabulous and provided enough room for everyone. The only hiccup we encountered was that the grill at the guest house would not light. But it didnā€™t matter because the grill at the main house worked just fine! The kids, young and old, all a kick out of all the fish in the pond. They also loved the paddle board and the kayak and all took turns using those. Our dogs even loved the beach area! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway with a large family. Owner is easy to deal with and responds quickly if you have any questions.

Amazing

This was our favorite place so far. Took our parents , kids and grandkids. They never left the pond. Fishing, swimming, paddle board, and kayaking. We all had sunburns but it was worth it. It was nice to be able to sit on the back deck and have a perfect view of the play area. None of us wanted to leave. If I had a dream home this would be it. They only thing I can say is that the pictures do not do this place justice. Definitely need to add more pictures. Love this place and can't wait to visit it again.

Family affair

We had a great time. 5 families(16 people ages 10 mos to 74) enjoyed the space indoor( since it was 90 degrees)and outside areas.The 8 bedrooms allowed for us to spread out, especially with a few who had to work. All enjoyed a fire by the pond (1 night due to extremely warm weather). The kids enjoyed drawing on the beach sand and watching the many butterflies in the beautiful garden.We played many games on the lawn areas. The younger ones did bubbles and chalk drawings. The cemented area in front of the garage and the garage were pleasant surprises.There was a lot to do and the towns nearby were very convenient, especially for some coffee runs, with interesting stores etc. An animal adventure park nearby was a highlight. Exploring the Underground Railroad and some history was something we get into as a family.Some trapped fish native style with their uncle. They were so excited and loved releasing from the net. A waterpark at a campground with day passes was also a hidden gem nearby.We all had a great time and it was fun seeing all reconnecting from littlest to the oldest. Weā€™ll book again. Our host was very responsive. A wasp issue was a negative but its nature and it was handled.Awesome place for a country relaxation with something for everyone.
Many Cafes nearby with cute decor, great coffee and this one had cold sandwiches.

Nice Place

Had a great time with Family. 8 Adults and 5 grandchildren. Fishing in pond was a hit, as well as the hot tub. 4yo loved playground. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms w/showers for all. Only thing that would make it our #1 choice on our annual family trip would be a pool as my wife does not care for pond swimming and grandchildren gravitate to that as well. Possible location would be in grass area by deck out front. Nothing extravagant but maybe a slide. Communcation with property manager was timely and helpful. Would rate it a 8.5 and with pool a solid 10+++. Could update pics online

Amazing property just some issues for us.

We had a nice time, the houses were clean and well kept. The property itself is amazing and I would love to stay again I just can't get everyone else on board. The biggest issue was the security camera in the kitchen. The property manager assured us it was not in working order and did come out and put duct tape over it. There is also another camera right over the hot tub. If they're not working why leave them? Just a little creepy. Also, my husband fell through the decking of the pond. There was a board that was weak. His leg is fine he'll just be left with an ugly scar that's about 4 inches long. Then there was a stray dog that showed up on the third day. A big 80ish pound lab/pit mix maybe? I called the property manager, dog warden and sheriff. No one could come get the dog or do anything. He did seem really sweet, but you still have to be very careful outside with 5 children because you just never know. That definitely put a damper with the kids because we always had to check where the dog was and make sure someone was with them outside at all times. Odd things to happen, not the property managers fault at all, in fact Andy came out right away with his guys and replaced the board my husband fell through and taped up the indoor camera. I'm sure no one else will have the issues we had, and it is a great place.

We had a group of 16 and stayed in the big house and the Lake Cabin. The entire family enjoyed sitting on the dock, sun bathing, fishing, and jumping into the pond. The kayak and paddle board were a big hit for all ages. The view was beautiful and we had a gorgeous sunset over the pond the first night there. We enjoyed every minute and the kids are begging to go back!

An excellent place for family

This was a beautiful place for our whole family to spend 4 days. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The house and cabin are both spacious with many sleeping places for our extended family. The kitchens were very well equipped. The children loved playing on the playground. The little lake was perfect for young children to play on the beach area and walk into the water. The adults enjoyed swimming farther out and kayak rides. We all enjoyed it.
