Suited for mid sized groups, the property is perfect for family and friend getaways with comfortable accommodations. The Punta Mango area is growing in popularity with a few newer restaurants within walking distance. Still, the area is secluded from the crowds and gives a unique getaway experience.

Beautiful Getaway

This place was very clean and absolutely beautiful! There are staff on location if you need anything. We honestly felt like we at a private hotel. Great beach access. Amazing views. The casitas needed some minor repairs, but we were told that there are plans for repairs in 2025. Great value for the price!

Amazing Property

We spent a week at the property and it was amazing. The property has 4 separate “casitas.” Pictures don’t do it justice. Access to the beach is easy. A/C in each house which is greatly needed. The best part of the property is Juan and Mayra. They will take care of you like family. Mayra is an excellent cook and very reasonable too. Juan will take care of all your needs and provide recommendations if needed. Book this place without hesitation. We were 9 adults and too kids and had more than enough room for everyone. Only caveat is that there is a lot of animals such as geico’s, frog’s, and sand crabs around the property but it does not take anything from the property and just adds to the trip. The property is a compound and gives a resort feel. Highly recommended and if given the opportunity would definitely return. Gracias Juan y Mayra por todo!!

A Paradise Escape

The property is beautiful! You have a villa all to yourself. Everyone had a private space of their own with large beautiful areas for communal eating and bonding. As with all beach houses, you need to bring your own food, but if you’re like me, I don’t like to cook on vacation so we chose to pay extra to have traditional Salvadorian meals prepared for us. The location is quiet with a little quiet bar just a few doors down that you can walk on the beach to get to. We used it a few times and we were the party for the most part since it wasn’t busy. (But we weren’t there during the weekend.) We were able to relax with 10 million dollar views and would return here in a heartbeat. Juan and Mayra are the caretakers and they are like family now. They are there when you need them, but we just welcomed them in. Such a wonderful experience! The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and air conditioned and the whole property is excellently maintained.

A beautiful beach getaway

The house is very well designed for large or small groups, and the area is incredible - two big empty beaches on either side of the house, sunrise and sunset views from the infinity pool and hammocks. Everything works well, Michael the owner is a great help, as is Jovoni who lives on the property and can buy and prepare fresh fish straight from the fishermen. Definitely worth the trip!

Best Place in El Salvador

This is my favorite place in El Salvador. The surf is awesome whether the waves are big or small. If they are big, the point get's kicking and its awesome. If its small, just pull out your long board and you'll still have a great time. The small waves are also amazing for beginners because the beach is all sand and the waves don't have much power. Aside from the surf, the beach is also one of the largest, most beautiful beaches I've seen anywhere. The tide changes things quite a bit on this beach, but at low tide it is a huge beach. We were able to get games of frisbee and cricket going on the beach during our time here. The house itself is designed for people who love the outdoors, which I love. It is exactly how I would want a house to be designed at Punta Mango. The rooms are small but have all you need for sleeping, which is all they are designed for. It really encourages people to be outside and enjoy the waves, the beach, the view, the pool, the hammocks, etc. It is located atop a cliff and the breeze is awesome up there. There is plenty of space on the property to hang out and enjoy the day outside. The gazebo on the cliff is beautiful as well. Mike, the owner, was great at answering any questions we had and helping us get everything we needed set up for the weekend. Even with some requests which were very short notice on our end, he was able to help us and get everything ready. Jovoni, the caretaker, is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. He helped us get fish and oysters for dinner and he also helped us keep the place nice and clean during our stay. He made our experience that much better. I can't get over how beautiful and awesome this place is. I want to go back whenever I can. If I could live here, I would. We contemplated the idea numerous times during our stay :)

Beautiful Outdoor Getaway

My family and I just spent the weekend at this beautiful property. The views are stunning, and the beaches are pristine and completely untouched. We enjoyed surfing in the waves, and spending time on the sand and in the infinity pool enjoying the breathtaking views. The rooms are clean and brand new. Our family stayed in the Ventana House and it was perfect for us and our two children. We found the caretakers to be helpful, and there are also two hotels with restaurants located nearby. If you love nature and the ocean, you will absolutely love this getaway.

The average water temperature is 80+ degrees, and the waves are consistent throughout the year. The location of Villa Punta Mango allows guests to enjoy views that stretch from Nicaragua out to the western horizon. The property has been designed knowing that you will want to spend your time outdoors experiencing the views, resting in the shade, and taking in the beauty around you.
