The inviting BBQ/pool area beckons guests to unwind under a canopy of twinkling stars and enjoy leisurely evenings. Awaken each morning to the peaceful sounds of neighboring chickens and gentle deer grazing in the front yard, surrounded by the charm of Paso Robles' historic old almond orchards. For those seeking a taste of downtown, a short 3/4-mile stroll leads to the vibrant City Park square, where you’ll find charming boutiques, fabulous restaurants and renowned tasting rooms, such as Justin and LXV. All the elements of a perfect stay are here, awaiting your presence. Let us make this haven yours! Should you desire, the pool can be heated with prior notice for an additional fee. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. Not a pet friendly home.
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Spacious Home, Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and comfortable home. The outdoor space was peaceful and relaxing, and the location was excellent—just minutes from downtown restaurants and wine-tasting rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, spices, and cooking tools. The property managers were responsive, friendly, and easy to work with.A few small enhancements that would make the stay even better: three of the bedrooms could use dressers for added convenience, and the primary bedroom would be more comfortable with a king-size bed. The stove burners were a bit difficult to ignite and may need adjustment. A tea kettle, serving spoons, and additional teaspoons would be welcome additions to the kitchen. The hot tub reached 94°F, which was cooler than expected for a hot tub.Overall, this is a lovely, well-located home, and we would stay here again.

Mobile check-in was easy, so nice to just breeze in and no keys to worry about. BEAUTIFUL property, so much so I want to keep it a secret for myself, lol! We unfortunately did not get to use most of the outdoors as it rained all weekend, but are already planning a trip in better weather so we can use the deck, pool, bbq and multiple outdoor seating areas. We did use the hot tub with umbrellas! The kitchen was amazing, the large island with seating and plenty of counter space, 5 burner stovetop and the double wide fridge and freezer were great. One of the most well-stocked kitchens in a rental that I have experienced. Loved the tile floors too. And lots of cozy sitting spaces; we could sit in the area facing the pool and see so many hummingbirds in the trees right outside! We were there for a girls weekend but would also be perfect for 4 couples or a couple of families. Quick uber drive to downtown. Totally walkable in nice weather. Only 2 suggestions, but not a huge deal....some solar lighting near the hot tub would be nice to light the path and a gazebo cover or even a pop up canopy over the hot tub for drizzly weather would be nice. We couldn't figure out a couple of things and called the host and a maintenance guy showed up about 10 minutes later to help us out, amazing!Can't wait to go back!

Very nice spacious kitchen with lots of amenities. This place was perfect for our group. Very comfortable seating and nice space outside around the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was spotless and well stocked. The living spaces are huge! Beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were great! Super close to downtown. My favorite Paso house so far!

Friend and family getaway

Spent an extended weekend with friends and family. Beautiful house with all the amenities you would need. We fully enjoyed the game room and outdoor living space. Highly recommend if you are traveling with a group.

Horseback Riding Team trip

We came from the Portola Valley for an event at the Paso Robles Horse Park. Our group consisted of one team coach, two moms, a grandmom and three team members aged 17, 16 and 14. Paso Pumpkins is a great competition that we come to every year. As usual the girls did well and had a great time! There's even a competition where they compete in costume along with their horses! The house was perfect for our weekend stay! There was every amenity needed, especially in the kitchen. We enjoyed the comfy beds, relaxing couch and wonderful backyard. Our coach especially loved the warm and inviting swimming pool. The house was only 14 minutes away from the horse park, so the location was extremely convenient! We will definitely be back to this lovely home!

Reviewer Comments: The stay at 912 Merry Hill road was fantastic from start to finish, the house was very spacious and clean.The House had almost every entity you could think of and the grandkids lived in the pool and hot tub.The huge fridge and freezer were awesome.Management was great and overall I was extremely pleased with everything about our stay from the booking process to the departure procedure.I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone with a group of about six or 7, I had My wife and myself plus son and daughter in law and three grandchildren, Totally awesome place.

Excellent experience

We had a great time at this property. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our group of two families. The pool was excellent and very clean. We appreciated the secured gates around it to prevent children from accessing it without an adult. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great base camp for a full weekend

Overall this was an excellent property with plenty of room, privacy, and parking. Deer spotting throughout the day and good stargazing at night. We rented this house as a base for Distillery Trail Weekend (Aug 8-11, 2024). Our party consisted of 7 adults, 2 cars. Bedrooms were clean and spare. I used my rolling luggage as a nightstand and my phone flashlight to get around in the dark. Our bed was uncomfortable, and it felt like we were in danger of rolling off all night. Serviceable, but room for improvement. The bathrooms were clean and well appointed with plenty of towels. En suite is larger and more handicap accessible than the other 2. The kitchen is huge with plenty of counter space. The stove functions well, the vent functions ok. The oven is slow, use the fan + light to help get it lit. No crock pot present, but there is a kitchenaid 6qt stand mixer. If you are a cook, bring your knife kit and specialty items, maybe a good egg pan. No measuring spoons found. Could use more silverware and serving utensils. Full size fridge & freezer were great. Sunroom was unusable; too hot and a strong plastic smell, maybe better in winter. The pool was perfect; very clean and great for hot days and warm nights. Plenty of towels and outdoor seating. 1 intertube. We couldn't find controls for outdoor lights, and couldn't add water. Close to town and highways, Trader Joe's 10 minutes south in Templeton, Target too. 40 minutes to SLO costco. Would definitely rent this one again.
