Super Villa for a relaxing time with friends

We had a great time with friends at the villa. The garden was beautifully laid out and you could sit there very comfortably and swim in the pool. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. The contact with the agency and the landlady were very friendly. We received a very warm welcome and thank you for everything!

We had a brilliant stay at Dimitrios Villa. The communication with Valia and Eva was first class. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Eva made a wonderful moussaka which was very much appreciated. The Villa was superb and we can’t wait to return.

Great stay in a lovely villa

We had a very nice week in Villa Dimtrios. The house was very clean and well equipped. The pool is lovely. We had a lot of BBQ's in the outside area. Nearly every room had an own A/C. During our stay, the dishwasher stopped working. After a short message, the handyman brought a brand new one and installed it. Amazing! Thanks!

Beautifull villa

The house is very luxurious and well equipped. Good maintenance also of the swimming pool. The information at arrivals about carbage, bins, bottles and cans was lacking. There were no dishclothes, needed despite the dishwasher. The number of veer glasses was limited for large groups. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay!

Perfect villa with amazing BBQ garden house

We were a group of 11, three generations, two kids, staying one week. The villa was ideal for our purposes and it served well also the kids's needs, with playground, baby-cots, high chairs and the pool. We loved the Crete evenings in the garden house, with bbq and even the pizza-oven. Mrs Eve was most kind and always helpful in everything we asked for. Perama village was nicely nearby, with good variety of supermarkets, groceries, butcher, fish-shop etc. Panormos, lovely Bali beaches and Rethymnon were easily reached by car. We had a lovely stay in the Villa and the sunny island of Crete!

Beautiful

Our family of 11 met from the UK, Australia and Denmark to celebrate a 60th birthday. First impressions excellent, hire car company suitable, transfers to and from Airport very good, all recommended by the owner of the Villa(lovely Lady). Only criticism I have is the pool is slightly small and with a party of eleven, if you all wanted to all sit around the tables inside and out for dinner it was a squeeze. Overall loved it! Easy reach to the beach, local store. Car definitely required!

Family villa with great location and outdoor space

Our group of 3 families had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Dimitrios. The villas was easy to find with the directions provided and it's a short 7 or 8 minute drive to the nearest town where you'll find restaurants and supermarkets (there's a great bakery next to the supermarket on the left as you enter town). All rooms are a good size. Most rooms have air-conditioning, but those that do not (the 3 bedrooms in the lower ground floor) are adequately cooled by air-con units in the living area. There is a great outdoor BBQ area with a small gym if you're in the mood for a workout! Great responsiveness from both the villa owner and agent with questions. Recommended for families.

Fantastic villa and host

Have just come back from a week in the start of June and we all had an amazing time. The villa is huge which allows for everyone to have there own personal space and also allows everyone to sit together. We had 12 adults in the villa with everyone having access to the best bedrooms throughout. Pool a perfect size and the sun shines from morning to afternoon at all times. Bbq and pizza oven are easy to use and make fantastic dinners but if you don’t fancy cooking there is a brilliant take away company provided. About a 20 minute walk to the nearest towns so I would recommend taxis/car which we had. We did walk a couple of times but because of the heat some people might struggle. Would absolutely come back and Eva was a fantastic host who would be always available for support.

Great time

The villa was wonderful and had everything to meet our needs. The only disappointment was that the jacuzzi was not warm. The location was good although as it was at the very end of the season a lot of restaurants and shops were closed in the local villages but as long as you have a car this is not a major problem

Firstly, we are grateful for your kind comments of our villa and services. We also appreciate you having brought our attention towards the points that you thought can be better, we have taken duly note of your feedback. We wish to kindly note that we would have been able to support you with the jacuzzi, if this would have been advised during your stay as it is operating fully and has warm water available. Once again, thank you for your input and we hope that we can welcome you for another stay in the near future. Kind regards, ThinkVilla Team.
