Beautiful large villa on forest area

Exclusive large countryside home on the peak of a private hill, with an amazing landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range (World Heritage Site), the center of the island and the bay of Alcudia in the North.
The house is integrated with nature harmoniously, creating an unique place for all seasons and ideal for work trips, family celebrations or retreats. Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. Optional services are available upon request at reservation.
Completely free, we offer a garbage removal service, maintenance of the garden and swimming pool during your stay at the villa.

The house is situated between two villages: Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, which both have shops and restaurants, in the center of the island; Also it is only twenty minutes from the capital of the island: Palma. This makes it the perfect location to access the beach, the city and the traditional Mediterrainian countryside. The house is located twenty minutes from the airport by car.

It has an enclosed outdoor not heated swimming pool, and a lot of space for large groups of people.

The house has WiFi and for meetings we can provide a projector and screen. It has a large room and table for 16+ people which can be used for congregations of all types.
Please note that the house is provided with electric water heaters with capacity for 80 liters (for two reasons, most of the time it is warm in Mallorca and the drought). Therefore you may need to wait a little bit between one and other for hot water. The rooms have conditioning air. At the living room there is air conditioning as well.
You will need a car, the house is located on top of a mountain in very exclusive forest area with no access to public transport. The rural road is steep with curves, accessible in normal car.
Lighting fires is illegal due to the risk of forest fires in Mallorca during the Summer, and can be punished with a prison sentence. A gas barbecue is provided to be used in its location.
The maximum capacity of the house is 16 adult people, four children (under 12 year old). It is not allowed the stay of more people in the house or in the pool, without express written consent of the property according to the maximum capacity authorized by the government.

The owners of the house are not responsible for any damage to the persons or property of the house due to improper use or exceeding the permitted capacity limits.
