Luxury 2BR apartment 500m from beach and close proximity to New Forest

Impressive 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom same level flat conveniently located just minutes from Boscombe pier, beach, new artificial reef and many restaurants, bars and shops.

Bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot and highchair are also provided.

Set within the prestigious Burlington Mansions a former Victorian luxury hotel which has been affectionately restored into luxury apartments, each one being unique with many of the original features retained. The flat is suitable for 4 people.
The master bedroom has a large en-suite shower and there is another separate bathroom with a deep relaxing bath. The lounge/dining area is very spacious with a dining table; luxury L shaped sofa and large TV. There is free WiFi, TiVo TV and a large selection of DVDs. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything to make this flat perfect for a self-catering holiday.

Entrances
Flat 51 is on the ground floor and lower level. There is an outside door on the ground floor which leads into the hallway and the second bedroom. The living room and master bedroom are on the lower level. The living room and bedrooms all have windows and natural light. The interior apartment door goes to the centre of the Burlington Mansions building.

Fabulous place to stay , beautiful flat and so central to everything.

Would recommend the flat to anyone so clean and fresh beautifully decorated, everything you needed was there and Teresa and her husband were so helpful they were there at hand if you needed them. Excellent

Great location , very clean and updated , good internet and tv , comfortable beds , flat owner welcomed us by text, close to pier and restaurant.To enter the flat you should use the back door which located via parking lot which is much easier than entering from front door of the building,

Great Apt and location

This ground floor apt in a luxury building was just perfect for our weekend stay in bournemouth. Just a short walk from boscome beach and the town centre makes for a great location to explore all bournemouth has to offer. Apt itself was very clean and an ideal size for us. Great comms and info provided by the host. Thanks again for a great stay.

Lovely apartment beautifully furnished and equipped and very accurate description of the location. As one person has difficulty walking at times the back door on to the car park was very helpful.

Lovely flat in a great location

Great location really close to the beach and local amenities, with a parking spot. A lovely flat, clean and homely with all the facilities you would want and the extra thoughts of providing lots of book and games for any downtime! We would definitely recommend esp if you want easy access to the beach in Boscombe. Friendly and helpful communuication from the owner.

Nice apartment within a huge mansion.

Nice apartment, if a little dim - being below 'pavement level'. The location is excellent if you want the beach - be prepared for a super steep climb on the way back! The communication and information from the owner couldn't be faulted. Everything was very well organised.

The climb back does have a little incline, but most people find it pretty easy, especially compared to some of the steeper steps at other nearby beaches or seaside spots. We think it’s a small trade-off for such close proximity to the coast! We’re delighted to hear that our communication and organisation helped everything go smoothly. A lovely week at this well positioned property. 5 mins from the sea or the shops, good facilities, excellent shower (always welcome after a day at the beach). Excellent apartment and location

This property was in an excellent location 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre. Everything in the apartment was clean, tidy and very good quality attention to detail with the decoration made it feel very homely. It had games to play and was well equipped for cooking meals in if you didn’t want to go out to eat. The apartment had a back door straight into the car park which was very convenient as one of our party struggles with walking. The lady who owns the apartment was great at communicating with and helped us with all our queries and was very accommodating. I totally recommend this apartment and we hope to return next year! without doubt we would love to return for another holiday

Fabulous location and well maintained flat

We loved staying at flat no 51, having the access door to the outside was perfect. The different levels with steps may not suit older people who have walking problems. The flat was roomy and had everything you needed. Loved the huge walk in shower in the en-suite.

Pleasant Stay

The location can’t be beaten. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach in one direction, and similar time to the High Street in the other. On the High Street definitely recommend Boscanova, especially the pancakes - you may have to wait a bit, but it’s worth it. The basement flat itself is comfortable. Solidly built so you don’t hear the neighbours. The kitchen has everything you need with quality kitchenware. Lovely big sofa in the living room. I can definitely recommend and we would be happy to stay here if in the area again.

Short Break

The property was clean and tidy and was in good condition. It’s location is ideal for the beach and town. The outside access made taking our luggage in and out very easy. The only downside was that none of the windows had a view as the apartment is on the lower ground floor from the front. However there was plenty of natural light despite this.

Spacious, clean and in an ideal location

Returned recently from a one week break with my wife and 2 children under 11. The flat was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was also larger than I had expected. Having your own entrance door was great as it lead straight to the car park. Communications with the order was first class and she responded to queries very promptly. I would highly recommend staying. Thank you,

My family have lived in this area since the early 1900's and I grew up here. It wasn't until I lived abroad that I fully appreciated this beautiful area of the UK. We currently live an hour away but get down to the coast whenever we can. I love to travel and try to use my experiences home abroad to enhance our guests stay.
I am into health, fitness and wellbeing and try to practice what I preach- I am a nurse by profession so this a helps! I enjoy spending time with family and friends at home and abroad.

We offer free WiFi and internet, free parking and have Virgin Media TiVo TV with a vast selection of TV channels. The property is suitable for young and old alike. If you have a young family we provide a travel cot and high chair.
