A magnificent apartment located on the top floor of a building in center of the city just 5 meters from the Toledo Metro Station.
More then 200 sqm finely furnished with 4 bedrooms (2 rooms with doubble bed, 1 room with 2 single bed, 1 room with 1 single bed), 3 bathrooms, 1 large living room and a big kitchen. A huge terrace that overlooks Via Toledo and San Martino
The building has a concierge service and an elevator.

Great view!

This property was very close to metro, had an outdoor balcony that overlooked the street below. Vibrant atmosphere. AC was great as it was very hot when we visited. Plenty of space for 6 of us. Also close access to another train station which made visiting a nearby beach very easy. Great cafes nearby.

Lovely and big apartment

My famile (6 persons) stayed 6 nights, and we were happy about it. You can easily walk to all of the attractions of Napoli, and even go by train to see Pompeji, as we did. There are lots of nice restaurants for rather cheap money (at least when you come. from Danmark😊). We were disturbed by noise in the night,- people quarelling, talking, the bip-bip from the carbage truck, etc We loved sitting on the terace having a drink and watching the sunset over the city.

Spacious and great location

Apartment itself is great. Unfortunately the description is somewhat misleading - the apartment has no parking available (+70 eur per day for the two cars) and I can only guess that the advertised third bathroom was behind a taped up door. If you try to use all air conditioning units at the same time it will cut the electricity.

Great location in Naples

This was a great place to stay. The balcony overlooked Via Toledo and was just beautiful. It would have been perfect if some maintenance was done on the property. The half bathroom was behind a taped door so I assume it was inoperable. One of the bathroom on/off light switch was just hanging. One of the shower doors was loose on its track. It eventually fell off.

Great location, easy access to metro

We would no hesitate to return to this rental. The apartment is ideally located right on Via Toledo and on the Toledo metro stop. Moreover the apartment is spacious and has fantastic views from two different sides of the building. That elevator is what made this 6th floor unit possible for my elderly mom. It’s a tiny lift, but invaluable. There is a grocery store on the ground floor - super convenient. And the apartment was entirely comfortable on days when we just needed a break - large sofas to lounge on, large dining table. Air conditioning units in every room (except kitchen and bathrooms). The entire apartment was nice and cool our entire stay.

Fantastic apartment

We stayed for 4 nights, and what a find. Such a spacious home, all bedrooms are a fair size, the living area is massive, and the balcony made the holiday. The location of the loft is very very good for reaching all touring sites in Naples, of which we did many. The aircon works well. The supermarket under the loft has everything you will need for your stay, and the coffee shop by the front doors is excellent for morning coffee and cake. The loft was clean and fresh on arrival, and Romy who let us in was a lovely friendly lady, and booked us a taxi back to the airport on our return. WiFi worked perfectly. A few points for future travellers, take a wiping up cloth to dry glasses etc, there’s no mat for the showers so we had to use a towel which got dirty from being outside on the balcony from our feet. The 3rd toilet still not working, but we didn’t need it. We would not hesitate to return, and we will at some point as there is still so much to see in Naples.

Quartieri Spagnoli - The Place to be

The apartment is right on Via Toledo, a shopping street and promenade. Right in the middle of the typical Italian Quartieri Spagnoli with a variety of restaurants and close to the student area which is known for its bars. In other words, a perfect location. It's spacious, clean and has a great roof terrace. We loved it.

Great Property / Great Location

My wife and I stayed at this property for four nights with our two adult (20s) children. There are four bedrooms, and two baths, plus a kitchen, large family room, and excellent top floor balcony. The location is right in the heart of a shopping and historical area. Restaurants are everywhere. Most everything to do is within walking distance. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone. Also, the host was extremely helpful with directions and transportation questions. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Perfect location, amazing terrace and view

The location is unbeatable, in walking distance to the main attractions of Napoli. The terrace and view are just amazing. The appartement is extremely spacious with high ceilings and equipped with everyting you need. We, a group of 5 women, had an absolutely great stay. Contact was always fast and very reliable. Would definitely go back there.

Spacious Apartment in the Heart of Naples

Spacious modern apartment with beautiful terrace in the heart of Naples. Romina facilitated the check in and check out process, answered questions in real time and did her best to optimize our stay. Apartment is located in a vibrant area surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, bars and shopping which can be "lively" well into the late evening. Direct access to subway outside of property gate made travel within the city and the central terminal very convenient.

Beautiful Penthouse Apartment

Spacious apartment with a beautiful wrap around terrace. We enjoyed many evenings sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine. It is perfectly located with shops, transport, cafes and bars within minutes. The air conditioning was great when it became hot. It is on a main shopping street - think Oxford Street, London, so everything really is on your doorstep. We would recommend staying here and will definitely return.

Trotz der Lautstärke von der Straße sehr empfehlenswert!

Rasche und angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor und während des Aufenthalts, sehr freundliches Check-In und -Out. Wohnung wie auf den Fotos - großzügig, hell, sehr schöne Einrichtung und tw. noch elegante bauzeitliche Details (Türen, Spiegel), umlaufende Terrasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Küche bestens ausgestattet, gute Betten mit angenehmer Bettwäsche, rasch reagierende Heizung und Klimaanlage. Absolut ideale Lage - fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen, U-Bahn direkt vor der Haustüre, zum Hafen ca. 15min, zu den Funiculare 5 bis 10min; Taxistand ganz in der Nähe; Supermarkt im Haus; sichere Gegend. Das einzige Manko: die sehr starke Lärmbelästigung von außen (trotz Fußgängerzone, Jalousien und geschlossener Fenster), leider auch bzw. gerade in der Nacht (Geschrei, Musik, Straßenreinigung, Müllabfuhr, Flugzeuge, etc.), aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts. Abgesehen von der Umgebungslautstärke aber eine klare Empfehlung!

Zentrale Lage --> SUPER!!!

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung. Gut geeignet für große bzw. zwei befreundete Familien.. Der umlaufende Balkon bietet die Möglichkeit, den Tag mit einem Blick über die Dächer Neapels in Ruhe beginnen bzw. enden zu lassen.

Spacious, airy and perfectly located apartment

We had a great time in Naples. Giovanni's apartment is right in the centre of town in a relatively calm zone - right next to the Quartieri Spagnoli with its great, cheap authentic restaurants and equally close to the pedestrianised high street shopping on Via Toldeo; perfect place for our party which included two teenagers and a pensioner. The Toledo tube stop is right outside which made trips to Pompeii for example straight forward. A well stocked supermarket is in the same block. The loft apartment has beautiful views and a great wrap around terrace to sit outside on and soak up the atmosphere of the city. The apartment is spacious and is very well equipped; it has high ceilings and generous rooms all of which opened out onto the terrace. It is spotlessly clean and has all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Giovanni was really helpful and kindly got back promptly with answers to any questions we had before and during our stay, including organising transport from the airport to take the worry out of arriving in an unfamiliar city. Thank you very much, Giovanni. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Central and spacious loft apartment with a great terrace!

Our family of 6 had a great stay at this apartment! It was huge and very comfortable! Right on top of the Toledo metro stop. Couldn't be easier! Great view on the wrap around terrace. Naples is so much cleaner than we remember and this was an excellent home base. Thank you to Giovanni and Romina!

Wonderful loft in fantastic area

The flat is exactly as shown in the photographs - really well appointed, stylish, spotlessly clean and great air conditioning in all rooms. The rooms are huge (stunning 30s building) and with the wrap around balcony the apartment was very airy and relaxing. Great location in the middle of the city so an easy walk to everything, plus metro and funicular on the doorstep. Amazing food supplies and restaurants in immediate area. We have rented many places over the years and this one is flawless - wholeheartedly recommend. Excellent communications with the owner.
