From the moment you walk in the door and gaze across the 18th green of the Ocean Point Golf Course out to the Atlantic Ocean, you know you have arrived at a very special place. When you are finally able to take your eyes off of the view, you will feel at home in a totally remodeled two bedroom/two bathroom corner unit Villa. With its cypress wood floors, shiplap walls and wainscoting, this condo appears to be right off the pages of “Coastal Living”. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, plantation shutters, ocean views, and a spa-like bathroom. The secondary bedroom, which can convert into a second master, features two full-sized beds, plenty of built-in storage, and a totally updated bathroom. From your private deck, you can enjoy watching for dolphins or appreciate the beauty of the deer and birds that are in abundance on Fripp.

North Hampton Villas has a private ocean-side pool, and low-tide beach access is a short five-minute walk. We're sure you will find the perfect beach location at any one of the over 30 beach access points on Fripp Island. The Ocean Point Golf Course is located directly across the street, along with the Ocean Point Grill, which serves both breakfast and lunch. A second golf course is a five-minute drive away. The use of the golf courses, tennis facilities, resort pools, and restaurants is available with an amenity card, which we will be more than glad to make available to you for the standard fee.

We look forward to sharing our beautiful island and Villa with you, and if a problem should arise, we live on the island and can quickly handle any concerns.

Love staying at Laura’s place. It was a perfect location! Very pet friendly with easy access to amenities in the island. The property is very clean and well maintained. Communication was very easy and the check in process was easy as well

Relaxation at the Sandbar

What a wonderful week spent at the Sandbar! It’s the perfect villa for a Fripp vacation. The decor is beachy, the furniture comfortable and it’s well equipped. The villa is a corner unit so it’s nice and bright. A bucket of goodies was a sweet touch. It made us feel especially welcome. The unit is located on the 10th and 18th hole of the Ocean Point Golf Course with a beautiful view of the Atlantic ocean. My husband and I enjoyed our week at the Sandbar so much, we’ve already booked a future stay. Laura, the property manager was a pleasure to work with, too. Communications were top notch. Book your stay at the Sandbar. You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome view!

Great stay at this condo! The kitchen was well equipped, the condo was clean and the view was awesome. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend for 3-4 people.

This property was everything it said it was to be. The condo was exceptionally clean with everything you could asked for. We had every kitchen utensil/equipment to beach chairs and towels. The view of the 18th hole with the ocean in the background was so peaceful. Will be back.!!

Nicely decorated, quiet side of the island (except for the daily landscaping), good price. I would have liked blinds or curtains on the living room sliding door for privacy & my light sensitivity/migraines. Glad to have first floor/elevator.

Beautiful unit, clean and comfortable

Where to start? From the start the host was very helpful and responsive through the booking process. When we arrived the unit was spotless clean and very well appointed. The view is spectacular, overlooking the 18th green of the Ocean Point course and the ocean beyond it. The host thought of everything, we could not have been more comfortable or felt more welcomed in the unit. We look forward to returning in the near future, this is a GEM of a property!

A corner of paradise

This property, a corner condo, is well designed and tended by the property owner with lots of special details—comfortable furnishings, unique showers and bath, immaculately clean, elevator access, and a spectacular view of the ocean—to make our stay relaxing and rejuvenating. Laura is a gracious hostess who provides such an enticing environment that you will want to return. This is a great place to stay!

Wonderful, peaceful view

Fripp Island never disappoints. This condo is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. Advise renting a golf cart as the FI association has created only golf cart parking areas for almost all beach access entrances.

A Ten out of Five!

This rental far exceeded our expectations! We've been going to Fripp Island for many years, but this is the first time we did not rent directly from the island. This property was superb in every way. We will surely return to this property. The owner provided more amenities than we've ever had, to include a small welcome basket and many other items. She also contacted us to ensure our check-in experience was hassle-free. As the owner lives on Fripp Island, she was readily available, had we needed her. The view was magnificent, just as pictured. The property was meticulously kept and very clean. I can't say enough good things about this property.

Our best Fripp rental in over 15 years vacationing there

We have vacationed at Fripp Island for approximately 15 years. This year we decided to rent from someone other than Fripp Isalnd Resort. We were elated with the entire process and the property. The owner lives on the island, so if we had any problems, she was right there (we had no problems though). The amenities and furnishings in this property were the best we've ever experienced. There was even a very thoughtful welcome sand bucket with nice gifts. She even asked us ahead of time which type of coffee maker we preferred! Also, she allowed us early entry into the property by a few hours, so we could get settled. Before our stay, she encouraged questions and answered them very promptly. I cannot say enough good things about the SandBar. And the view (as pictured) was magnificent. Overlooking the 18th green and the ocean. We have already recommended this particular property to many of our frineds and family. Our first time at the SandBar, but definitely not the last. In summary, I would give the SandBar ten stars out of five....

Clean, comfortable condo.

Condo was perfect for our family! Great location for husband to walk across parking lot to the golf course and he also enjoyed being able to watch others golf from the cozy comfort of the couch or bedroom! Laura was great to work with. The condo was beautifully decorated, CLEAN, and the view was amazing. We enjoyed several meals at the condo and found the kitchen to have everything that we needed and then some! We had a wonderful vacation enjoying the beach, pools, golf cart rides and family time around the table playing games. We all agreed that we were sad to leave and can’t wait to return in the future!

Fantastic 2BR Condo with Golf and Ocean Views

We discovered Fripp Island and this condo last year - we enjoyed it so much we came back for more! This nicely remodeled 2BR condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kids (7 and 8 yrs old) loved the "fancy" beds and having their own space and we enjoyed some relaxing evenings listening to the ocean. The condo is appointed with everything we could have asked for - even the neighbors are great! We would highly recommend this property and plan to stay again next year. The owner is incredibly responsive and knows everything to know about the island. Be sure to rent a golf cart and explore Fripp as much as you can!

Things that could have been different are out of your control , only one heated pool on island,went to cabana club. Not open for drinks etc. .., I understand it is a shoulder season, loved the sandbar and your exceptional level of service, would definitely recommend. Chuck
