The living area of the house includes an entrance which distributes two bedrooms, a bathroom with sink and separate toilet shower - A living room and adjoining kitchen. From this large room, an exit leads to the 260 m2 wooded garden and to a bathroom on the ground floor. It is very practical for beach returns. In this garden, it is very pleasant to take the meals and to rest, barbecue, deckchairs at your disposal on a wooden terrace of 25 m2. For your comfort flat screen TV, internet connection (wifi and tv) DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher. The beds are made when you enter the house.
If necessary, we are happy to pick you up at La Rochelle train station or airport.
For winter, we have central heating.
In front of the house you will find public parking spaces, 10 spaces available for some houses. It is possible to go from the garden to the street by a side passage along the house.
We can comfortably accommodate 4 people, an additional sofa bed in a room increases the sleeping capacity to 6 persons.
