It is 2 steps from the beach of Pinarello (ranked world's 20th best beach according to "The Guardian")
It consists of 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet-water.
4 bedrooms are on one level with the landscaped garden; Each boasting a private terrace.
The living room and master bedroom are on the 1st floor.
Large windows overlook the sea and the mountains, like a tree house.
The living room, 1st floor, is through-and thus enjoys beautiful sea and mountain views: 2 windows 5m long, side mount and 1 bay window 5m long x 3m high on the sea. A large terrace complete this living space to enjoy the sea view.
Modern materials and finely crafted give it a cozy atmosphere. The owner chose to design furniture and vintage Italian, French and American.
Some of the furniture was designed by the owner to adapt instead: solid oak table, marble coffee tables Arabescato, bedside marble and stone, Ploum sofas (E and R Bouroullec), chairs Opinion Ciatti. Curtains washed linen for freshness and skin cushions and bedspreads, fur and color for softness.

Pinarello beach is reached by a 20 minute walk, 10 minute bicycle, a small path in the middle of the maquis and 4 minutes by car.
The town of St Lucia is a 10 minute drive and Porto Vecchio, 20 minutes.
