Tuscan farmhouse of the mid '800 completely renovated in period style, surrounded by greenery and silence of the hills between Pisa and Livorno. The cities of art such as Lucca and Florence are easily accessible as well as in about 20 minutes you can reach the beaches and cliffs of the splendid Etruscan Coast.
We have a large car park, we are well connected to the communication routes, the Pisa airport is located 20 km as well as the port of Livorno. We can agree to take guests to the airport or railway stations of Pisa and Livorno.

The farmhouse has 5 bedrooms for 12 people with 4 bathrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor there is the large classic Tuscan kitchen available to all guests and fully equipped also for groups with a service bathroom. Guests have an independent entrance for maximum privacy. It is possible to have the whole structure available by booking all 12 beds.

In the large park surrounding the house there is the swimming pool, open in summer, and secluded relaxation areas with hammocks, table tennis, barbecue and large shading trees.

Vintage sailing boat available, horse riding 5 minutes away.
We host groups for internships and seminars of personal evolution and holistic culture in an original Mongolian Yurt of 100 square meters with attached services that can be equipped for an adventurous glamping!
We produce bio wine, oil and vegetables from our garden!
