From the kitchen and the room of the ground floor it leads to a large patio facing south overlooking a lawn and swimming pool for the exclusive use of the host.
The exposure of the house and the lawn with the pool allows you to enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset.
Although isolated, Alvignano is about 4 KM, all services are available just a few minutes drive: delicatessen, supermarket, pharmacy, bar.
