Charming villa with private garden, located in a quiet environment with mountain views in the urbanization of Santa Clara. Construction of 1. 000 m2 plot and 200 m2 constructed approximated.
It has 3 large double bedrooms with possibility to convert into single beds. All rooms have wardrobes, air conditioning and views of the garden and pool. There are 2 bathrooms, one en-suite.
The villa is ideal for both summer and winter. All rooms have heating and air conditioning. In the garden there are several terraces to enjoy the sun or shade; at the top of the villa you can enjoy the privacy of its 2 terraces. heated pool and Koi fish pond that will delight anyone who wants to enjoy this wonderful villa any time of year.
It has a cozy lounge with fireplace and independent and airy dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and all necessary utensils for your use and enjoyment.
Parking for several cars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the property to be particularly spacious. It was also very quiet and just far enough from the nearest town and motorway. Whilst we did not use the pool we did enjoy feeding the Koi. A big thank you to Rober for making us feel welcome.

Excellent !!villa is much bigger than it looks on photos, Rober was an excellent host response was amazing.Beds were super comfy and aircon worked fantastically.Bathrooms could do with modernisation but all clean and fully functioning.Highly recommend this villa

Lovely house for a family in good location for access to Altea, Javea, Denia, Valencia, Benidorm, Alicante.Large bedrooms, good outdoor area - comfortable seating, a dining area, 4 sunbeds, pool, gas bbq, and a Koi pond.A car is essential.Rober, the host, was fantastic - kept in touch with us leading up to our arrival and replied to any queries whilst there in quick time.

Perfection

From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome by out host Rober, he was so friendly and approachable. The villa is in a perfect location the village has some lovely restaurants only 5 mins drive away. The pool and gardens were perfect and villa has air conditioning in all rooms which is definitely needed in the summer ☀️. We will without a doubt be returning and cannot recommend enough you wont be disappointed.

Relaxing Holiday

We found the villa well located within a quiet urbanisation, only a 5 minute drive from the village/supermarkets/restaurants/bars. The villa was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from dining at home, bbq ing to laundry. The rear of the property is very private with beautiful mountain views. Fabulous outdoor area with private pool and terrace. The property is a little tired, but, this did not detract from a wonderful, relaxing 6 week stay. We hope to return again soon. Thank you Rober.

Charming

We had a lovely stay at this house, with our 2 kids (age 12 & 14). The villa has spacious rooms and even more charme. The pool was heated which was a really pleasant surprise. And we loved the pond with the koi fish. The villa has everything you need, and everything worked. We didn’t have the best weather but we did have a good time! I would highly recommend this villa if you’re searching for a spacious house in this part of Spain with spanish features. Rober is the best host! We will definitely return here when we visit Altea again.

Super house and landlord

Super quiet area, clean house, outside area is great with terrace in the shade. Aircon in the whole house which is needed. The landlord is very professional and sympathic. Would be perfect if the two old sunbeds are upgraded and an outside shower is needed so it is possible two shower before entering the pool. All in all a great property and a very nice landlord. We will come back. Thank you.

Heel mooi huis.Enig minpuntje de bank in de woning is echt aan vervanging toe. Bij goed weer ben je altijd buiten maar in de winter is een fijne bank toch wel gewenst.Rober reageert snel direct en adquaat. Goede gastheer.

Jederzeit wieder - Villa, Anwesen und Gastgeber topp!

Super Aufenthalt! Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit einer für unsere Ansprüche perfekten Villa. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind geräumig (unkompliziert Platz für Kinderreisebett) und haben schönes Tageslicht. Das gemeinsame Bad ist vollkommend ausreichend. Das Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad im Obergeschoss ist riesig, lichtdurchflutet und kann situativ auch zum Arbeiten genutzt werden. Die große Küche (Ausgang zur Terrasse!) ist vom Mobilar etwas betagt, jedoch vollkommen funktionsfähig - und die Technik (z. B. riesiger Kühl-/Gefrierschrank) ist topp. Der große Außenbereich mit seinen beiden gefächerten Terrassen ermöglicht Sonne ganztags. Dazu noch ein schöner Pool und zu alledem noch ein „Vorgarten“ mit Platz für bis zu 3 Autos - topp für uns! Rober ist der perfekte Gastgeber und Ansprechpartner. Ganz unkomplizierte Kommunikation, bei Bedarf die passenden Tipps und im Fall der Fälle (eine Stehlampe fiel aus, innerhalb von kürzester Zeit war vollwertiger Ersatz vorbeigebracht). Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal!

Einfach nur schön

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Alles war zu inserer vollsten Zufriedenheit wir haben Freunde besucht und mit dem Auto (das brauchst du schon ) sehr viel unternommen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam. Alkes war wie versprochen.

Une propriété magnifique

Tout d'abord Robert notre hôte est une personne formidable et très dévouée. La villa est tout simplement un avre de paix avec sa superbe piscine et son jardin, ainsi que la terrasse couverte pour se protéger du soleil généreux Espagnol. Équipement super complet comme à la maison. Difficile de faire mieux, le seul regret est qu'il faut quitter cet endroit un jour. Sabrina et Philippe.

Vacances paisible et agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa avec un excellent accueil, Robert est très disponible et très gentil. Même notre toutou à eu un cadeau de bienvenu à l'arrivée, nous aussi d'ailleurs. Maison telle qu'elle est décrite, belle, très propre, paisible et sans aucun vis a vis. Une adresse à bien conserver pour un.autre séjour.

Beautiful and cosy

We were greeted at the villa by Rober who was lovely and very helpful. The villa was beautiful and cosy, perfect for our family. The villa was well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool area and garden was very lovely. The location was rural and with stunning views of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again.

Después de un viaje largo nada mejor que te reciban con amabilidad y simpatía y para rematar te reciben con champan !!!... En cuanto a la casa cuenta con todo lujo de detalles desde la cocina hasta una perfecta barbacoa en la terraza acogedora y tranquila con un entorno natural para disfrutar de sol y tranquilidad. Skønt hus til en fantastisk ferie

Et absolut skønt hus, i rolige private omgivelser, men med by og oplevelser indenfor få kilometer. Vi nød virkelig poolen og samtidig muligheden for at søge skygge i hyggelige omgivelser. Store dejlige værelser og i det hele taget masser af plads. Vi blev både budt velkommen og sendt afsted af en oplagt Rober - tak for det ;) Vi kunne sagtens finde på at komme retur.

Wonderful Villa break

Where do you start with this villa, from the first contact with Rober to our departure from the villa I can honestly say there is not one bad thing you can say or have anything to complain about, this villa Is exactly as described on the site. Rober met us at the villa when we arrived and explained everything to us and showed us round the villa and garden. It’s not a very large villa as some villas go but it is very clean and tidy and as far as we were concerned everything you would need is there. The villa has a tv that shows all English programmes in Spanish but at he flick of a button the tv will change the language back to the original language. The garden seating is superb and comfortable and we spent most of the time at the villa sitting here watching the fish in the pond. The pool is a good size and unusually it was heated without extra charge which we were not expecting. All the bedrooms were large with double beds and very comfy with the added bonus of mosquito repellents in all the plugs. I could go on forever praising the villa, host and gardener but the way we compare villas is we ask ourselves would we go back and stay here again and currently there are only a few villas that we would think about revisiting, but this villa received the approval of all our party in that they would quite happily come back to this villa. All that is left for me to say is if your looking for a comfortable, well looked after, quiet villa then this is for you. Thank you Rober and look forward to meeting you again very soon. Welcoming, friendly and comfortable.

I felt very relaxed here straight away. We were made to feel very welcome and given a good tour of the house on the first day. Rober, our host, had arranged a birthday treat for us, as that is why we came away. It was very kind of him! The pool was warm and inviting and everywhere was clean and tidy. We will be coming back again!
