This wonderful 3 bedroomed villa is a hidden gem in Los Gigantes . We offer wonderful views of the giant cliffs , ocean and la Gomera .We are a short walk from the village and situated on the exclusive Crab Island , a beautiful secluded area with tranquillity luxury and comfort.
We offer all day sunshine from a front and rear terrace well equipt with sunloungers and a hammock swung between 2 weeping trees.
we have Tipsy terrace ( just over the road) . Tipsy provides an all day restaurant and bar, large pool gardens mini golf and 3 state of the art tennis courts with thrice weekly tennis tournaments all welcome.
The villa is large and modern . Wonderfully furnished with a state of the art kitchen with every gadget for ease and convenience. There is a covered terrace for al fresco dining and wicker sofas for a sundowner at the end of a fun filled day.
There are 3 king sized beds and a state of the art bathroom with a hydrotherapy shower and a waterfall tap.
new this year is a freshwater drinking fountain no more heavy water bottles.
there is a 45 inch plasma TV internet channels available and wii fi connection.
We cant think of more we could possibly offer!!

Great relaxing week

One week away in the sun! The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area but close to all amenities. Communication with the host was excellent, she answered any queries very quickly.. An ideal place to stay for couples or families.

Great family holiday. Stunning views and lovely patio to relax on at the end of a busy day.

The villa is lovely and spacious, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. You can enjoy stunning views from the patio at all times of day. Excellent location and not far to walk into Los Gigantes or Puerto Santiago. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this villa highly.

Family Getaway

This property is large and spacious, ideal for large group or family.We loved the open plan lounge and kitchen area and the outdoor space which included a patio that had a dining table and chairs to eat 'Al Fresco' and other seating to relax. Lovely and quiet too but just a 5 minute walk to all you need in the resort. Would recommend and return.

Great accommodation with a fanatic location

The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the necessities (towels, trash bags etc). The apartment faced beautiful mountains “Los Gigantes” and was located 10 min (walking) away from several grocery stores. Overall we deeply enjoyed our vacation! And would return the the place again with the great pleasure!

Another enjoyable stay at 'The Arches'

This was our second stay at the property and again we had a most enjoyable and relaxing time. It was lovely to return to this quiet corner of Los Gigantes and to enjoy the ambiance and beautiful views from the patio. We recommend this villa very highly with its excellent standard of furnishings and equipment and level of comfort. Thank you Jane for welcoming us to your villa again and for being so helpful.

Great location, garden is a bonus.

The apartment is lovely. Lots of space and home comforts such as sky tv. It is within easy reach of both Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago with great views of the sea. The garden acted as the jewel in the crown. You can spend hours lieng on the hammock listening to birds. This was our second visit and would happily return again.

The Graddon party review

Good quality, centrally located, quiet area, well appointed, beautiful birdsong on back patio. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, very good television range of programmes and current films. The initial stressful problem when we arrived of not having the correct keysafe code could have been avoided if the owner had updated the arrival instructions.

Beautiful views, totally relaxing holiday in a lovely apartment

The area of Los Gigantes is just perfect, and the road to the apartment is quiet and beautiful, we enjoyed just sitting and enjoying the views of the sea from the front terrace, the sun in January didn’t get to the front terrace till afternoon but it was still warm enough to sit and enjoy the outside, the back terrace got the sun most of the day and was peaceful and private. So many lovely restaurants close by to eat in, a great walk from the apartment along the coast, it is hilly but beautiful. Apartment has everything you need to enjoy a holiday, TV has all the English channels, comfortable beds and very clean and tidy, Wi-fi which for us was essential as you can look up so many things. The owner Jane was very helpful. We had no trouble parking our hire car outside the apartment, and driving around was easy and convenient. We went up Teide having pre booked the cable car which is a good idea, went down to the Los Gigantes marina and booked up a whale and dolphin trip, which was just brilliant as we saw both and just 15E each, that was the hour rapid boat, as we didn’t want a 3 hour slow ride to see them. We would definitely go back to the apartment and Los Gigantes for some winter sun.

Schön, entspricht aber nicht der Beschreibung.

Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr nett und die Antworten sehr schnell, vielen Dank dafür. Wir mieten seit vielen Jahren Ferienhäuser und ich musste noch nie eine solche Bewertung schreiben, denn normale Gebrauchsspuren kann man akzeptieren. Aber noch nie haben wir haben wir solche verdreckten Möbel vorgefunden. Das Sofa und besonders der Lesesessel waren voller sehr unansehnlicher Flecke. Die Stuhlauflagen im Außenbereich und Esstisch wirklich total dreckig. Beim Sofa auf der Terasse war die Halterung für die Sofasitze zerrissen, sodass man durchgefallen ist. Die Stühle (Stoffbezug) auf der hinteren Terasse aufgeplatzt und kaputt. Die zwei Stühle mit der höheren Lehne total verrostet. Auf der hinteren Terasse standen ausgediente Regale und ähnliches. Am ekligsten war die fleckige Bettwäsche. Wir haben dann aus einem anderen Zimmer die Betten genommen. Im Kleiderschrank lagen Baumaterialien. Die Küche renovierungsbedürftig. In den Schränken Küchengeräte von vor ca. 30 Jahren. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer verdreckt, fleckig. Wasserhahn im Bad kaum gängig. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr, sehr schön. Man muss aber wissen, dass es tagsüber recht rege zugeht. Da der Meerwasserpool in der Nähe ist, laufen die Leute direkt vor der Nase vorbei und es fahren viele Autos vorbei, die einen Parkplatz suchen. Morgens und Abends ist es eine Oase der Ruhe. Und - ein Wunder - die Matratzen war sehr gut.

I wonder why you did not complain when you arrived?? I would have had the cleaners return to address your concerns. I really need this feedback as unable to visit Tenerife myself but my cleaning team is normally totally efficient and I wish you had made your comments earlier to give us a chance to rectify your concerns

Appartement met beperkte zon ligging

Voorzijde terras alleen van 14.30-16.30 zon. Het appartement is duidelijk aan een renovatie toe. Keuken gedateerd, geen afwasmachine, tegels verzakt in de gang. Bedden zijn goed evenals de douches. . Geen ligbedden/stoelen aanwezig, stonden wel op de foto’s. Ligt aan een drukke straat. Resumé; appartement is te duur voor wat wordt geboden.

Une maison pour la détente

Le logement est tres agréable et bien situé, pas trop loin du centre, et des commerces, de la piscine naturelle, et du sentier côtier, dans un secteur calme, à cette période de l'année. Il est confortable, bonne literie, double terrasse dont une avec vue mer sur laquelle nous avons apprécié de prendre nos repas et la seconde très bien ensoleillée où nous avons pu nous relaxer. Nous recommandons fortement cette location

We hebben een super vakantie gehad in dit mooie en complete appartement in een rustige omgeving. Leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand. Goede uitvalsbasis om dingen te ondernemen. Vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurder. Zeker een aanrader.

Home from home

First impression on arrival was “wow” . It's set in a quiet area, with restaurants, bars, shops all an easy 10 minutes walk, with the nearest restaurant (Tipsy Terrace) only 2 minutes away. Unfortunately the pool was closed here as they could not get a lifeguard but we used Oasis most days. The front terrace is spacious, with 2 comfortable settees & dining table & chairs for 6. Also a ceiling fan which was useful on the evenings when the temperature was in the late 20’s. In the lounge, again 2 comfy settees, large tv (used it once to see a film and picture & sound we’re good), and WiFi which works throughout the apartment & terrace. Very comfortable beds in each of the 3 bedrooms, plenty of storage space. The one bedroom without a ceiling fan had a choice of 2 portable fans - very necessary even though our stay was the 1st week in October. The en-suite is spacious, with bath & shower over (plenty of hot water) and the family bathroom has an excellent multi jet shower. The kitchen is well equipped (2fridges) and the new drinking water system very useful. Jane was very quick to reply to our questions and very helpful throughout the whole transaction. We would not hesitate to return, and are recommending this apartment to friends & family. Thank you Jane

Superb position with fantastic views.

Perfectly positioned to enjoy both Los Gigantes and Puerto de Santiago. Lovely villa with everything you need (apart from egg cups!) We used both front and rear terraces and the hammock in the back garden was a welcome haven in the shade. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to visit again.

Very comfy home from home

Spent 11 nights at this lovely apartment with family. There were 5 adults and a baby and we all enjoyed our stay. The two bathrooms were really useful for 5 adults and the flush on one of the toilets was not right when we arrived but when I text Jane it was sorted within a couple of hours which was great. The terrace at the front is lovely for eating and relaxing on and we used that a lot. The big fridge and washing machine were very useful which meant that we could wash towels and baby things through regularly. The beds were very large and comfortable and the fans in the bedrooms were useful when it was warm.The shower in the main bathroom was really good and very modern. There was plenty kitchen equipment and glasses and crockery which was helpful. Due to the time of the year and the sun being low we did not get much sun on the terraces but this wasn't a problem as we were out all day in the sunshine. The only thing that would have been useful would have been an iron and ironing board which we didn't find. The weather was great and we walked down to the Oasis Pool near the harbour as it had a fabulous children's pool and wonderful infinity pool for the adults. The Tipsy Terrace also has a pool which is just a stones throw from the apartment. We sampled the many fabulous restaurants in Los Gigantes and Santiago was a nice walk the other way and we found some lovely restaurants there. If we come with the family again we would not hesitate to come back.

Excellent. Very homely with everything you would need for a relaxing self catering holiday .

We had a 10 day holiday at this property from 5th November 2017 . There were two couples and there was plenty of room without being on top of each other. The property was clean and tidy with everything you needed to cook at home although we did eat out as well It was great having two bathrooms but we had a bit of trouble working out how to use the shower room. When I contacted the owner,Jane, she was very helpful and we soon found out how to work the shower, The views from the property were excellent. We've been to Los Gigantes before and love the quiet laid back atmosphere. The villa is a two minure walk from a beautiful rock pool off the beach where you can swim safely. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool at the end of the day watching the sunset. Great holiday, lovely weather. Would definitely stay here again. Mary & Co
