Spacious Sail Bay View Condo

Our spacious condo is perfect for families or couples. The spectacular bay and pool view is the perfect showcase for unbelievable sunsets! Our little piece of paradise is newly furnished (2015 with constant updates in an 1970 vintage condo). Three LED
flat scree TV's and an updated kitchen appliances, including a wine refrigerator. There is a king sized bed in the master, and a queen size memory foam bed in the second bedroom, which were purchase in 2018 and 2015. The bay board walk is accessed directly in front of the condo. You can walk for miles around the bay and to the Pacific Ocean. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance. The property is located on Sail Bay... an extension of Mission Bay, almost exactly halfway between Paradise Point Resort and The Catamaran Resort. Both resorts are an easy walk from our front door. There is also a children's park a short beach-walk away. For the more adventurous people, Kite Boarding, Wake Boarding, Sailing, and Paddle Boarding are right out front. Bikes and other water sports equipment can be rented nearby and used on the bay and board walks. The Condo includes two parking spots. There are no pets and no smoking allowed in the condo.
