Newly renovated with spectacular views and skiing from October till May.

Our beautiful apartment was totally renovated in 2019-2020 with a brand new kitchen, and a new bathroom with a large walk-in shower, wonderful when you come in from skiing! The WC is separate.

There is one bedroom with a 160cm wide double bed with 2 separate mattresses. In a separate, curtained-off alcove off the lounge there is a large, comfortable sofa bed for 2 adults or children . In the lounge there is also a second double sofa bed for use if preferred. The new laminate flooring throughout the apartment gives a fresh, clean feel. Underfloor heating keeps the apartment very warm, but is thermostatically controlled to prevent it getting too warm!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, and plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans and dishes. There is also a washing machine for you to use.

The apartment is on the second floor with spectacular views of the mountains around and the village below. The balcony faces East and South.

There is cable TV and free WiFi, and the apartment is safe for children.
Downstairs is a ski room and outside a large, shared garden.

The price quoted includes bedding, towels, final cleaning and all taxes.

10 minutes walk takes you to the edge of the village and the ski bus, which goes either to the Maiskogel ski area, excellent for families, or to the Kitzsteinhorn, which at up to 3000m offers fantastic skiing from mid-October to May. The two regions are now connected by cable car.

Other activities in the area:

Lake Zell is 10 minutes away by car, offering swimming, boating and water sports in summer, and another extensive ski region in winter. The top-rated Tauern Spa is a superb facility, and there are golf courses nearby. There are hundreds of walking and cycling trails in the area, and good restaurants and bars in the towns and on the mountains. There is something for all the family!
