Accommodation in Serapo: GAETA LATINA
This is a house, not just an apartment... Villa Francesca is a cosy property located on the western hillside of the Serapo seafront, opposite the ‘Nave di Serapo’ beach.

It is a house “by the sea”... to reach the fine sandy beach, in fact, you only need to walk along the pedestrian path (300 metres slightly downhill) without crossing Strada Flacca!

The villa is old and the interior has been recently renovated. 70 square metres, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen plus garden and private entrance. This house offers everything you need to feel comfortable and satisfied during your stay in Gaeta on the Riviera di Ulisse.
The house is equipped with:
- air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, kettle, hairdryer, toaster, fridge and microwave :) .... parking is on the street.
5 minutes - walking distance from the beach !!!!! :)
15 minutes' walk to the historic centre or 7 minutes to the bus station - every bus passes through the historic centre and the nearest grocery store and bakery are five minutes away (on foot).
I am very flexible and my philosophy of life is positive and I enjoy meeting new people from all over the world. My flat will make you feel very relaxed and I see it as an “oasis” where everything is close at hand, everything you need (that I need).....
And you can always come and talk to me if there are any problems, I live next door, but I doubt there will be any. I look forward to meeting you!
Beautiful places to visit are Naples, Sperlonga, Rome and the Pontine Islands: Ponza, Palmarola, Zannone and Ventotene with the legendary S. Stefano.
You may go to visit Minturnae's Roman theatre with three bridges, one Roman, one Bourbon and one modern bridge.

Please note: The apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues or difficulty walking. There is a 300-metre private driveway with a slight incline to reach the house from the gate on the road, and the beach is 300 metres away, also with a slight incline from the road and shops, which must be walked to.
