Terzerie offers 5 rooms for guests, and a guest house, converted from an old barn, completely renovated with 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The house and the barn can accommodate 12 people plus 2 children.
Terzerie is a few kilometers from the sea near Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia.
The surrounding areas of the Estate are particularly suited for wine production, in the town of Montemassi, Massa Marittima, Scansano.
Siena, Florence, the Chianti area, Montalcino, Capalbio, Argentario, the Tuscan archipelago and all the numerous historical and eno gastronomic itineraries, which make Tuscany famous all over the world, are easily reached from our house.
Terzerie Country House, completely renovated is on two floors; on the ground floor are two entrances, an entrance which leads into a large living room, the kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom as well as a laundry room and a guest bathroom. Upstairs can be accessed via an internal staircase from an outside, it reaches another living room that gives access to four bedrooms all en suite.
In the living rooms and the kitchen they are made of wood-burning fireplaces. Particular attention was given during the restoration to the quality of the materials used for thermal and acoustic insulation; the roof is ventilated, heating is made with radiant floor, the walls are insulated with cork and finished with natural materials such as lime and ecological paintings. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside the kitchen there are two gazebos suitable to stay and eat in the shelter of the sun.
A side of the Country House, there is a local inside which was made a barbecue with all the amenities for cooking and relaxing outdoors under a pergola.
The Barn is an annex used as a small apartment with lounge, kitchenette and a double room with bathroom. It, too, is provided with underfloor air conditioning and heating system.
Opposite the house is a large swimming pool surrounded by a wooden fence and hedges to ensure cleanliness and privacy of the place. In the pool area are cabins for use the dressing room, a shower and an adequate number of sun loungers and parasols for a pleasant relaxation.
