The location of the Villa Sian in the most sought after area of Sitges, Vallpineda, provides easy access to a tennis/sports club with several tennis and padel courts, the sports club bar/restaurant and a large swimming pool with garden. The estate has 24 hour security supervision making it a very safe environment for guests.

Great place to relax and unwind

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and it had everything we needed. We were a large party but it never felt crowed even when we were all in the pool. The local bars and restaurants were also good and reasonably priced. Taxis and buses are available but a car is desirable as it is quite a way from Sitges especially in the heat. We would happily stay here again.

Villa Sian September/October 2024

Villa Sian was lovely for our party of 6 adults. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. Outside by the pool and dining/BBQ area also worked well. The beds in all 3 main bedrooms were very comfy. We all thought the villa was suitable for 6 rather than 8. Minor issues were shower in bedroom 4 wasn’t consistently hot but Utopia Villas came quickly to try to improve it. A pool clean for a 2 week stay would have been expected but was absent. Parking outside is fine. Sitges was beautiful & easy 1 hour train to Barcelona. There was some confusion on check in with Utopia villas as they wanted a damage deposit despite us already paying a damage insurance with Vrbo which UV was not aware of but in the end after some discussion UV damage deposit was waived. The contracts need to be clearer to client and both companies.

C’est une belle villa bien organisé il y à toutefois une des chambres qui est bien trop petite et sa salle de bain a l’extérieur de la chambre ne permet pas de poser ses affaires, aucune place même pour une brosse à dents dommage

Schöne Villa mit Pool

'Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Sitges in dieser Villa im August. Besonders gefiel uns der große Wohn-Essbereich mit der Küche und hellen großen Fenstern. Die Wassertemperatur des angenem großen Pools (ca. 4 x 9 m) war einfach klasse. Gartenmöbel und Gasgrill haben alles positiv abgerundet. Stellplatz leider draußen auf der Straße und 3 Doppelbetten nur 1,40 oder 1,60 breit.

Nice, modern Villa in a good area

We enjoyed our vacations in this beautiful villa in a good neighbourhood. Our hosts, utopia villas did a very good job, they catered for our needs. Close to Sitges, but you need a car. Maybe we come again next year...😁

A beautifully presented spacious, modern yet family friendly villa

We stayed at Villa from 23rd June - 7th July 2018. There were 9 of us (8 adults and one young child.) Even though we were a large group there is plenty of room - both in the villa and garden - to chill. The villa is extremely well equipped and has the benefit of air con in the bedrooms so we were guaranteed a good nights sleep however hot it was outside! The pool itself was not too deep and had plenty of room for our family AND our novelty inflatable toys! We had to get pool maintenance once and they came very quickly and sorted things without delay. The garden has plenty of sun beds/seating and a lovely dining area outside, complete with barbecue. Utopia Villa staff were amazing, very courteous and helpful. It is well worth arranging transfer through them from airport to villa and visa versa. We did this and transfers were hassle free. Well worth the money. The local bus service, which is a short walk away, runs frequently to Sitges train station (trains also offer a very impressive service) and it was so easy to hop the train to Barcelona city. Sitges itself was wonderful. Bustling, diverse, but felt very safe. It has plenty of bars and cafes, whatever your taste. Food and drink very reasonably priced. The family beaches were great. We saw no trouble at all. About 25 mins on foot from the villa but an easy walk. The bus journey to the station takes about 5 mins, costing 2 euros 20 per journey. Cabs from sitges station are very reasonable - cost between 7-9 euros depending on size of car/passengers. They are reliable and extremely clean. All in all a wonderful relaxing time. If there was a downside it was that we were unaware (naively) about the mosquitoes so take precautions there but that goes for so many places. Our ages ranged from 3 - 52 years of age and we all had a fantastic holiday staying at Villa Sian! We would definitely recommend this villa.

Lovely villa

Villa Sian is a lovely modern villa well located in Vallpineda close to cinnamon restaurant to Blanc Restaurant and the local shop. It's arranged over one floor and the four bedrooms are split on different sides of the building which gave us a lot of privacy even though we were sharing with another couple and their two children. The kids loved the pool and spent most of the day in it. Handy for the adults too as we could keep an eye on the kids as the pool is right in front of the kitchen and living room.
