After 4/1 he will rent it to his guests for only $25 per day! [A small refundable golf cart security deposit is required.]

Heather, We were disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction of this beautiful home. We would have liked to be able to address these issues while you were our guest so that we could make your stay more enjoyable; however, our first notice of your concerns was the posting of your review. As you can see by the other 26 VRBO online 5 star reviews your experience is an anomaly. The home is on a regular HVAC service and maintenance contract by a highly respected air specialist firm. They have explained to us that the system installed in this home does not have filters where you apparently were looking for them. The filters are installed in the air handler by the system's design which may be different from the type you may have expected. We rechecked the vents and found them in good order and have reminded our cleaning crew to clean them to ensure they are clean and fresh. The duct work is appropriately filtered and therefore clean, so assuming it isn't, is just not accurate. We have the HVAC company coming out to review the dampers and zoning operation to ensure the pull and push of air is balanced properly. The home is also treated regularly by a pest control service and was inspected just prior to your arrival and found to be in order. So, if a bug was spotted, it may have entered while you were bringing in your bags. We checked the disposal following your report, and it runs smoothly. If you discovered a problem when you arrived that needed to be addressed, since we are both in walking distance of the home, we could have been there quickly to rectify the problem had you given us a call and the opportunity to do so. It is a great thing to live so close and have both of us (two co-property managers) always in the immediate area to handle these small things for guests should they arise. However, in light of this unusual comment, we've added checking the disposal to our cleaning crew's extensive checklist. The owners have ordered a new slipcover for the sofa, and we are waiting for it to arrive to ensure the white sofa meets the same excellent and immaculate standards we strive for in the rest of the home. The owner would like to make an accommodation for any inconvenience and has authorized us to offer you a free night stay if you wish to return (valued at over $1,000) at mutually agreeable dates to expire on 12/31/2022.
