Casa Molineros is a detached villa with an enviable south facing private garden and its own pool. It is furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard. It is fully air conditioned and has the benefit of wifi.
All rooms have mosquito blinds.
There are 4 large bedrooms 3 of which are on the ground floor , 1 double with en suite shower room a further double and a twin which share the family bathroom. An additional cloakroom is also on this floor. The master suite on the first floor has its own balcony overlooking the garden and golf course.
The living area is spacious and has large sliding doors leading onto the patio area of the garden . The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern .
There is a courtyard area to the side where outside dining can take place with a large table and seating for up to eight.

The region offers an uninterrupted line of beaches stretching for 120km from the Rio Guardiana on the Portuguese border to the Rio Guadalquivir in the east.
The beach of Nuevo Portil is just a ten minute walk away .
There are a selection of local bars , restaurants and shops within walking distance and El Rompido is just a five minute drive where you will find plenty more .
The closest airports are in Faro, Portugal or Seville , both of which are an hour and ten minutes drive so a hire car is necessary
