Le Sable Fin Beach House

The Villa sul mare is a semi-detached house by the sea within a beach club, in the quiet pedestrianized Città Giardino. The light that filters through the windows of the veranda comes directly from the sea and the beach, which can be reached with a few steps. The house, finely furnished, is ideal for enjoying the climate, the Versilia beach, and for visiting the beauties of Tuscany, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence within easy reach. The Le Sable Fin space features a private garden with outdoor furniture. The very bright house includes an air-conditioned veranda with dining room, lounge and study. Inside the house the large kitchen is equipped with all appliances. We find 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a further adjacent bathroom, the living room with double sofa bed and satellite and digital TV, 8 total beds. The rooms are all air conditioned, complete with linen and wi-fi. In the services of the house from May 1st to September 30th you have free access to the beach and the swimming pool shared with the quiet guests of the beach club, the use of a tent on the beach with sun loungers, deck chairs and towels. Inside the property, upon request, there is another housing unit with 6 beds.
