Note - We live in a quiet residential area, so noise is requested to be kept at a minimum, after 10pm.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to each guest arrival.
We have installed a hand sanitiser station on entry to the villa.

Our private villa features: Private Swimming Pool - Separate Children’s Pool – Large 7 seater Jacuzzi Spa - Pool Table, Table Tennis - Large Furnished Roof Terrace with great views.

The villa is light, airy and spacious with all the modern comforts you would expect from a luxury holiday experience including high speed Wi-Fi, 55" Smart TV with IPTV (UK Channels), a large DVD library, books and games.

Within Villa Mimosa there is a spacious lounge and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen for all your dining needs. We have 2 double bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms, a large family bathroom with separate shower, and en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom.
Room to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.
We have catered for the younger guests, by providing 2 cots, 2 bed guards, highchair, step up stool, booster seat, baby chair/rocker, 2 stair gates.
We supply Bath and Pool Towels.

Outside there are many seating areas by the pool, for you to relax and enjoy the sun. You can also enjoy the views of the golf course, and coast from the large sun terrace, where we have further seating for you to holiday whilst making it cost effective.

Please Note - The pool is heated as part of the cost from 1st Nov - 31st March.
There is a charge of £120 per week if the pool is required to be heated outside of these dates.

As we are a fully touristic licensed and legal property, it is a Spanish legal requirement that all guests are registered with the Guardia Civil, via a Check in Scan, prior to arrival.

We had a very nice two weeks. The villa was great, good layout, nice new kitchen, air con, nice pool and the hot tub was lovely. Good location. Close to the golf course and only a short walk to the centre. Check in / out etc was all really smooth.

Excellent property in a lovely quiet location. 7 of us enjoyed a fantastic stay in Villa Mimosa. Everything went without a hitch and the welcome book was very helpful for any questions we had. The villa was clean, spacious and equipped well.

Great villa

We had a lovely stay with friends and our young daughter. Villa was well equipped for a 1 year old. Pool was great and very clean. Nice quiet area, would come again.

We have stayed at quite a few properties on the golf course area of Caleta de Fuste so knew roughly what to expect. The villa is lovely, very clean and of a good size for our group of 6, which included children of 5 and under. Having the small children's pool was a bonus, as was the hot tub, which was used most days. Also great that there is a pool table, table tennis table and bbq for use as well. There was everything you needed to self cater in the newly fitted kitchen, together with a few essentials left for us on arrival, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. There is also air conditioning and/or ceiling fans in most rooms which makes it more comfortable, especially at night.This area of Caleta is very peaceful but only a 5 minute drive to the beach and Atlantica shopping mall. It can be walked in about 20 minutes and you can also walk into the main commercial area of Caleta, where you will find lots of shops and restaurants, in less than 30 minutes. Caleta is well positioned on the island making it easy to explore the rest of the island. A special thank you to Tracy for all her assistance throughout the booking process and dealing with our queries. Also thank you to the management team for ensuring our special requests for the children were dealt with and for the cleanliness of the villa when we arrived.Overall we had a lovely holiday and look forward to returning at some point.

Lovely villa in excellent location

We stayed over Christmas with our children. The villa was just what we needed, well equipped and very clean. The hot tub was fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on the roof terrace.

Perfect villa

The villa was absolutely perfect for us and our family. Plenty of room inside and out, plus the added bonus of the hot tub, pool table and table tennis. We hired a car and so the resort centre was a very short drive away with plenty of restaurants and a lovely beach. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Amazing holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Villa Mimosa - the kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. It was close to the beach and there was lots to do nearby. We drove up to the water park and to the Corralejo sand dunes which were beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. Would highly recommend it!

We had a great stay. The owner is very responsive, which is great!The location is also great, with walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants (20 min. walk). The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The downside of the pool is that it’s not so big that you can do lane swimming, but that is offset by the water temperature easilly staying high, as smaller pools in terms of length and depth stay warmer. Water temperature was a big plus. The walls of the premise also do a great job blocking wind. Jacuzzi is also a big plus.One thing to be aware of is that the water capacity for showering is limited due to boiler capacity.All in all a very nice and convenient house with very nice pool facilities.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful.Everything fully matched the description.The pool was warm, and the jacuzzi was amazing, perfect for spending time there in January without feeling cold. Everyone was happy, both adults and children.Tracy provided all the necessary instructions, and we were met on-site by the property manager, who showed us everything and explained all the details.The villa itself is not brand new, but it is well maintained and has everything you need. The location is very convenient for exploring the island.One small note: I would recommend updating the billiard equipment a bit. No issues with table tennis though: new rackets, balls, and a great table.We can confidently recommend this villa for rent.Thank you f or hospitality!

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Mimosa. We found the place immaculate throughout, hugely well equipped with everything you need and having travelled with two teenagers, the additions of a pool table, table tennis, various games and DVDs were much appreciated.Location-wise, it was around a 15/20 minute walk to a large shopping centre with a supermarket holding everything you need. There are also a couple of nice little restaurants in the same vicinity. To get to the main area of Caleta De Fuste was a further 20/25 minute walk, but a nice one along the beach and a taxi to and from the villa to this area was only around 4 euros. Communication throughout the booking was perfect, both from the property owners and the management company. So a big thank you to you all for such a great stay!

Villa Mimosa

Lovely spotless clean spacious villa, in a quiet residential area. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Having beach towels, hairdryers and hair straighteners was fab, means less to pack! The kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals and little dishes and glasses for outside pool use. Outside has plenty of seating areas for eating out and sunbathing or just relaxing in the sun. Just a short walk to the supermarket and shops. We would definitely book again.

CDF 2023

We spent three weeks at Villa Mimosa and, genuinely, couldn’t fault a thing. The property was perfect for my family and friends. We were seven in total for one week, with my family of four for the full duration. Plenty to keep kids entertained (including good Wi-Fi for all the streaming!), the pool table a particular hit! The villa was immaculately kept, Tony (property manager) was in regular contact albeit we didn’t need him really for anything. All in all, a great villa in a great location. Would recommend extremely highly and will definitely be back!

October 2023

Just returned from a five night stay with friend's! The villa is amazing...exactly as advertised and has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. The roof terrace was perfect for catching the last bit of the days sun and the pool was lovely and warm. The jacuzzi was a brilliant bonus to the property and definitely added to our plan of relaxing. The area itself is perfect...so peaceful with shops and resturants within walking distance..a taxi back from the supermarket was just €3...Communication from the owner from start to finish was prompt and I am so so glad we chose this vila for our girls holiday. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Fantastic Villa which exceeded our expectations.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Mimosa. The Villa is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were great as was the bbq. There was good communication from Tracey the owner and Terry who manages the Villa. Terry and his wife went out of their way to get us in to the Villa early and we really appreciated this. It was a nice touch having wine for our arrival and was great having hairdryers and straightners in the double bedrooms. It was good having a range of games, books etc. The weather wasn't great when we were there but didn't spoil our experience. This is my 3rd trip to Fuerteventura. Without a doubt, I would book this Villa again in the future and already have friends and family making enquiries about it from seeing our pics on facebook.

Not a luxury Villa

This is not a luxury villa - we had countless bad experiences - hot tub had no cover so didn’t heat up and didn’t stay clean; swimming pool didn’t heat up so had electricians and maintenance around first few days; furniture inside and out definitely not luxury, electrics kept tripping, neighbour next door made our holiday miserable and was aggressive and abusive shouting at us - was really awful - the gardens and outside area were pretty and pool table and table tennis table but seriously you couldn’t have fun or make any noise because of the neighbour - we won’t be returning

We are so sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately we had a few technical issues that were beyond our control. Our property manager and electrician immediately attended multiple times to resolve the issues. The tripping was due to the pool and hot tub heating being on constantly. Our House Rules clearly state we live in a residential area so to respect the neighbours. They called the Guadia twice during your stay. As we all know, 2 sides to every story. As a gesture of goodwill we immediately refunded a financial portion of your stay, as we want all our guests to have a lovey holiday. Unfortunately, we know we can’t please everyone all the time, but a high number of returning guests show they love staying in our villa. We hope you return to the island again as it’s a lovely holiday destination.

Such a fantastic property with everything you need for adults and children.

This property was such a delight to stay in. It had everything we needed. Swimming pool and hot tub for the adults, little splash pool for the children. There was enough space for everyone not to be on top of each other. The children were well catered for with everything they needed from highchairs and booster seats, to bowls plates and cups. A couple of recommendations would be that the decor needs a bit of an update. Having looked at other villas which are more modernly designed, you can see the difference in decor and furniture. Being able to accommodate 8 adults, it was noticed that there was only a couple of flute glasses so all the adults that wanted it, couldn’t enjoy a glass of Prosecco at the same time. Not a massive issue but it needs enough kitchenware for everyone. All that being said we would 100% book again at this villa. Thank you very much for having us.

Excellent Villa in Excellent Location

From arrival to leaving, everything can be classed as first class. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and as there were no guests leaving we were on the villa 20 minutes after leaving the airport. The communication both with the owner prior to arriving and the manager on arrival was nothing short of perfect, nothing was too much trouble, the manager gave us detailed information on the area, property and our responsibilities to others, specifically no loud music after 10 pm, we did have music on after this time but at an acceptable level so no issues whatsoever. The villa itself is beautiful and spacious, no issues with any room, the outside space and roof terrace were perfect, this can also be said about the pool and the jacuzzi, the pool was cleaned regularly. The accommodation was not only clean but also modern, beds and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen was more than big enough for the number (6) of people in our group with more than enough seating/sunbeds for all of us. I cannot recommend this property enough, the location is far enough out of the centre for it to be quiet but not too far to have to use taxis consistently.

Great family holiday

Pros * lovely pool (barely used though as was so cold, definitely get pool heating) *amazing hot tub * spacious villa * good location *every item needed for cooking, literally everything *very comfy matresses *great showers * lots of sunbeds (nice comfy ones) Cons *cant make noise after 10pm, slightly ruins your holiday as too scared that the neighbours will complain...this should be on the listing not just told when you arrive. The guest book has comments about neighbours calling the police and quite a few complaints about noise so we were on edge about music and the times. *pillows were rock hard, like sleeping on bricks but the quilt and mattress were very good. * pool heating. We were advised not to have it but some days we couldnt even get in as far too cold. Could have added after 4 days but we know it takes 2/3 days to fully heat so wouldnt be worth it, thankfully we had the hot tub. Overall it was a lovely holiday but could have been better had we known about the noise restrictions and actually using the pool. We visit every year and have been at least 20 times in last 15 years but wouldnt book this villa again.

Many Thanks for your Review – we always appreciate our guests feedback. We are so pleased you all had a lovely family holiday, we try to cater for all our guests needs. We’ve never had any negative comments about our numerous pillows but we will add some more new ones, so guests will have a wider choice of firmness as it is a personal choice what different guests prefer. 😊 I am very surprised about the pool heating, as the weather had been really warm. But everyone’s tolerance levels are different. This could have been switched on the same day, if required. Our property managers are within a 5 minute drive away to be able to resolve any issues. Our advertising hasn’t changed over the last 5 years. We are very clear in all our advertising, we live in a quiet residential area, so noise is to be kept to a respectable level after 10pm. As per our Booking Contract, which has to be agreed to prior to booking. I will look to see if I can make this even more visible on the website but has never been an issue before. The majority of our guests like the fact that the area is residential and quiet after 10pm, they don’t want to be in an area where they struggle to sleep or be surrounded by loud music/noise. Great Relaxing Break

The Villa was exactly as presented online and was very clean and well appointed. The check in process was excellent with a phone call as we collected our luggage and 15-20 mins later in a taxi for less than €20 we were met by Tony who showed us around and explained things inc. pool and hot tub. The villa is 20-25 mins walk to the very nice Centro Atlantico which has a great supermarket, boutique shops and cafes which was OK on day one but might be a little taxing in hotter weather or less able people. We usually hire a car but thought no need this time which is OK if staying the Caleta De Fuste area as there are ample taxis all for less than €5!! If you want to venture further up or down the coast then a car really is required. Pool was a little cold as still April but we all went in and with the hot tub then no problems as it was a brilliant spa!! Lazing around reading and on "tech" was just what we needed as good wi-fi and loads or room around the villa. With a pool table and table tennis more energy could be expended before a pool side shower, plunge into the pool then back to the hot tub!! Taxis into Caleta De Fuste on evenings we ate out delivered plenty decent meals and pubs for drinks. For a little more up market evenings the golf club (worth a round as well!) and the Sheraton offer lovely surroundings and a more refined ambience. All in all a great villa, trouble free break and came back very relaxed and happy to recommend Villa Mimosa

Relaxt huis met fijn zwembad en heerlijke jacuzzi

Blij dat we gekozen hadden voor t verwarmen van t zwembad, daardoor hele week heerlijk zwemmen ook bij bewolkt weer.

Hi, my name is Tracy. My partner and I purchased Villa Mimosa in December 2016. We went out on holiday in September of the same year and absolutely loved the Island. We had already spent hours researching properties to buy and as soon as we saw this one, we knew it was the one.

It was already being used as a holiday letting by the previous owner and they had great reviews on what they offered.

We have just arrived back from the Island, after spending a week pottering around - staining all the outdoor furniture, replacing fencing - generally to make it feel like our holiday home, but also a home our guests will enjoy.

We live in a village about 20 miles north of Peterborough.
My partner works for Tesco as a Store Manager and I work as a Manufacturing Controller in the Communications industry.
We have 4 children between us, 20, 17, 14 and 11.

It has been a challenge, buying a property abroad – and it’s my new part time job in the evenings, but it has been worth it – we didn’t want to come home this week, sunny in Fuerteventura, snow in the UK!!!

We have had guests visiting with positive comments and are booked out for quite a bit of 2017 already.

Update Nov 2018

We have had a very busy year, we have had lots of works carried out to make our villa be the best it can be. We have been out about 4 times this year and so far, only 3 of our 4 kids have stayed - the eldest is more into holidaying with her friends!!
We have plans to create permanent walls around the villa, to offer more privacy for our guests and neighbors and my partners ambition is to make the en suite into a shower room, maybe later in 2018.

We have had fantastic reviews from all our guests and are welcoming back many of them in 2018

2 walls have been created, the en-suite makeover is now complete and a new Jacuzzi has been installed - a very busy 2018 so far :)
Aug 18 - new table tennis installed
July 20 - new pool table added

We loved this property as soon as we saw it was advertised for sale.
The location is perfect, a 10 minute drive from the airport a 15 minute walk into the local town, with all amenities in reach.
My parent often holidayed on the Island, so I knew we would love it - the unspoiled beaches are amazing.

The Jacuzzi!!!
This is such a benefit to the property - we spent most evenings chilling out with a glass of wine, perfect after a hard day of working, or relaxing!!!
And now the new Jacuzzi is bigger and better :)
