This apartment is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect. It appears to have been completely renovated very recently. The bathrooms are very modern and the showers are excellent. There is plenty of space. The AC was also modern and more than sufficient to cool the home in June. I would definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as was described. It was in a perfect location for us. We were within a 15 to 30 minute walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. We had a list of restaurants we wanted to eat at as well and most were just a 5 to 6 minute walk away. The area also seemed pretty safe. The communication was hands down some of the best I have ever received. The lift in the building was great to help out with our luggage. If we are back in Barcelona we will check and see if the property is available.

We had a wonderful stay at Paseo Colon. The apartment was located right across the street from the Marina. Everything was in walking distance but getting a cab was also fairly easy when needed. The view from the patio was so nice. The apartment also has an elevator that was very helpful as we were traveling with elderly parents. Communication was great and we would highly recommend as we were visiting our daughter who is studying abroad.

Amazing place in an absolute perfect location. Across from marina with tons of restaurants and the Gotic area behind has shopping and restaurants galore. No more than a 15min walk or cab ride to all of the major sites. Communications were great with lots of recommendations. Would stay again for sure.

The apartment was well stocked and a great location. Even though we did not stay in the apartment very much because we were out touring the beautiful city, the apartment was a welcome place to come home to and drink a glass of wine on the outdoor patio overlooking the bay.

Our host Manuel ensured we were fully prepared for our visit, and our check-in experience with Alice was welcoming and on point. The unit was exactly as advertised, and communication throughout the process was excellent. This was the most positive experience we’ve had with any host, domestic or abroad, on any site. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and there was plenty of room for us to comfortably hang out together. The owner and property manager were both quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We all had a spectacular time!

Perfect Location

The apartment and the service were impeccable and the location was perfect to visit the main sites of Barcelona and enjoy the nightlife.
