1) DOLPHIN STUDIO of 35 m2 with double queen sized bed and two sofa beds, sleeps up to 4 and offers private bathroom and ample spaced, fully equipped kitchen with stove and large refrigerator, as well as laundry space with washing machine and dryer.
2) GARDEN STUDIO of 35 m2 with double queen sized bed and two sofa beds, sleeps up to 4 and offers private bathroom

FIRST FLOOR:
1) LIVING ROOM consisting of a seating area with four traditional large sofas and satellite TV, a fireplace and an independent balcony with dining table for 10 -14 people and amazing eastern and southerns views of the sea, the pool, olive groves, Patmos and surrounding islands.
2) DINING ROOM with capacity for 10 -14 people and amazing northern and eastern views of the sea, the port and the island.
3) MAIN KITCHEN fully equipped with stove, large refrigerator and dishwashing machine also offering amazing western and northern views of the Monastery, the port and the island
4) LIBRARY ROOM with complete office facilities, PC, internet, telephone center, teleconference etc, free WiFi, private bathroom, independent entrance and protected balcony with amazing southern views.

SECOND FLOOR:
1) OLIVE ROOM with double bed, private bathroom and two independent balconies with amazing southern and western views of sea, olive groves and the island
2) EAGLE ROOM with double bed and room for 1 extra small bed (for child), private ample spaced bathroom and two independent balconies with amazing eastern and western views of sea and the island

Fabulous house, amazing view, great host

The house is wonderfully suited for two families as we were. There are a variety of areas to spend time in depending on time of day and inclination - pool, numerous porches, living room. Each bedroom has its own bath and view. The view of islands and Skala and Aegean could not be better. Panos was the consummate host and gave us advice whenever we asked. We hope to return.

Keith and his family and friends are amazing guests, so positive, polite, and careful that they took perfect care of the house and everything else. I thank them from the bottom of my heart and of course, I will be the happiest if they come back. It is really a blessing to meet such wonderful people with so much kindness and genuine warmth!

The villa had incredible views, and felt like an idyllic Greek cliffside villa. We were a group of 12, and there was plenty of space to be comfortable. The balconys on the host are wonderfully designed. It was magical! Since we came early in the season, the weather wasn't quite as warm so I can imagine the property is even better in the summer! Panos was a real highlight of our trip, so warm and personable as a host. He was responsive to every question, and met us at the dock even at 2:30am! We loved waking up to the Aegean Sea every day, and will cherish our time on beautiful Patmos.
