Detached luxurious 1 bed annexe, less than 5 mins walk into Milford on Sea

Little Ridge is a private and secluded one bedroom annexe. It is completely detached from the house for any guests that like their own peace and quiet.

It has a kitchen, sitting and dining area, a bedroom with king sized bed and brand new mattress and shower room.

Located just a five minute walk from the centre of popular Milford on Sea, with all it's lovely restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, all set around a delightful village green.

Little Ridge is a detached property set back from the family home, with integrated oven, fridge and dishwasher, TV and it's own outdoor fenced off patio area.

It is also situated just a ten minute walk from the sea, which can be accessed through the nature reserve just up the road from the house. From the coastal path, you can walk to either Keyhaven to the West or Barton on Sea to the east, all with magnificent sea views towards the Isle of Wight and the Needles. It is also just a ten minute drive to Lymington with it's Georgian architecture, bustling Saturday market and ferry to Yarmouth. To the west, Mudeford and Hengistbury Head are just a short drive away and the golden sands of Bournemouth just beyond that. To the north, the new forest offers fabulous walks or bike rides.

There are many fantastic places to eat and drink in Milford on Sea, all within easy walking distance and we are very happy to give you our recommendations!

We've stayed here a couple of times (with our dog) and it’s been excellent. Very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay.Met the hosts a couple of time who are clearly keen for you to have the best stay possible.Wonderful location within minutes of a very vibrant village centre Excellent bars, restaurants, shops etc. It’s also surrounded by footpaths with a short walk to the sea (or a longer one if you prefer).

Midweek get away

Detached, private, quiet, clean, friendly, new, good parking, walking distance to village pubs, restaurants, small beaches. Overall great value and a very relaxing stay for me and my labrador.

Fantastic little place!

Little Ridge is a great little property on the hosts grounds. Has everything you need for a few days stay and only a short walk to the village where you will find some lovely places to eat and drink (but do book the day before if you like somewhere in particular as they do get busy). Great position for day trips out to anywhere around that coast. We would love to come back.

Relaxing break

Stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and our dog. Little Ridge is a quiet & cosy place to stay, which is a perfect base for exploring Hampshire and the New Forest. Well situated, only a short walk from town with so many options for breakfast, lunch & dinner that we didn't get to try them all! Very helpful tips from Claire & Kevin.

Good weekend away

Lovely little self contained bungalow well equipped and quiet but still crntral to bars and restaurants. Disappointed with the collection of keys for the property owners were away and hadn’t given code to key safe eventually got it just as we we’re checking in to hotel for the night.

We found this property adequate as a base for our days out. The location was good and the bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely. We were however a bit disappointed that there was no welcome hamper for us upon our arrival, unlike other locations we have stayed at.

Clean, smart and comfortable.

We stayed at Little Ridge for two nights and found it ideal for our needs in every way. It had been designed with thoughtful modern taste and equiped to a very high standard with everything we needed and more. It was spotlessly clean and with a comfortable bed and excellant shower so we were rested for our busy two days exploring the area. Milfors on Sea is a pretty little village with several good places to eat and shops for everyday provisions, lovely walks and a beautiful coast. Kevin and Claire are delightful and couldn' t have been more helpful. They have made their large garage building into a charming and peaceful space for two with a sunny courtyard for a quiet cup of morning coffee and sundowner. There were even homemade delicious biscuits and biscuits for our little dog. Well done Kevin and and Claire Lindy and Simon retreat

Great little bolthole in stunning area

This was a great place as a base for a few days, close to the village and the beach. Stunning area. Very very small but great for us as we were only sleeping there and out every day. Nice private space with basic cooking/dishwasher/fridge etc

Great Location

We had a lovely stay at Little Ridge, which is in an ideal location, close to the village with pubs and restaurants, the sea and with easy access to the new forest. The annexe is very well equipped and comfortable. Kevin greeted us on arrival and we knew we could make contact throughout the week, had we needed to. We would definitely like to return!
