Beaver Mountain Lodge is Utah's newest premier property for family reunions and corporate retreats. This beautiful lodge has 12 bedrooms (plus a bonus room), and 8.5 bathrooms (plus the showers and bathrooms at the pavilion). This unique and private 40 acre property at the base of the Tushar Mountains provides both sprawling indoor luxury and ample space for camping, hiking, and exploring.

The property backs up on the Fish Lake National Forest which offers access to over 250 miles of the Paiute trail. Ideal for running, ATV's, Mountain Biking, Hiking, and seasonal Snowshoeing and Cross Country Skiing.

The gorgeous back deck sits just off the kitchen and provides plenty of space for eating and entertaining in the open air. A custom playground slide off the deck makes for a fun and unique descent down to the property grounds and lower patio!

What truly sets this property apart is the 2,000 sq. ft. pavilion. It has showers, restrooms, 3 RV hookups, and a fire pit for all your camping needs. It also has a full kitchen with top of the line appliances, separate lounge area, and game room for ultimate comfort. An incredible addition to support even the largest camping groups. For your covered parking needs there are TWO 4 car garages! We have a top of the line security system for your protection.

MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES:
-No smoking, No pets
-If you have more than 62 guests, you will be charged $15 per person per night.
-We require a minimum four night rental for Thanksgiving and a minimum five night rental for Christmas and New Years. We don't have any "out and in cleanings" on a holiday.
-Swimming Pool: Pool is open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend and included in the price. We don't provide pool towels, only bath towels. Depending on the weather, (especially the night temperatures) we can open the pool during the month of May and September for $200/day. Check with the owners if you are interested in the pool those two months. If you rent the pool during May and September, you will need to rent it for your entire rental stay, not just part of your rental period. The pool is NOT available Oct through April!

1. Go East on 200 North
2. Go North or (turn left) on 1200 East
3. Go 4 miles and watch for a large stone covered sign that says "North Creek Ranch" and turn right.
4. Follow this gravel road until you see a dead end sign (a little over a mile from paved road) -- driveway will be across the street and has a green gate and a cattle grate.

Halfway through our stay, the water in the entire house went out. The host promosed to refund half our moneybecause we had to cut our stay in half and go home. BUT THIS HOST DID NOT GIVE A REFUND. wE HAVE WAITED MUCH LONGER THAN THEY PRIOMISED TO GIVE THE REFUND. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A COMPLAINT WITH VRBO, AND WE WILL GET LEGAL HELP IF NECESSARY.

Family reunion success!

House was set up well for our family reunion that consisted of multiple families. Kids loved the pool, the covered basketball court, and the yard was great for games and gathering. Large kitchen with lots of prep space, seating area. Nice deck with lots of space to gather and with views of the backyard below. Less than 10 minutes from town in case you need to get supplies, groceries, etc. Easy check in process and very responsive property manager.

This is a lovely lodge and was a good fit for our family. The thing that was confusing is that 2 of the bedrooms were above the pavilion by the pool which is quite a distance from the main lodge. We weren't quite prepared for that but made it work. We loved the pool and areas for recreation and the kitchen was great.

We have stayed at Beaver Mountain Lodge several times for our family reunion. Everyone loves the facilities and all the activities available. Dillon, the property manager, answered our calls and questions in a timely manner.

Beaver Family reunion

Stayed at this house for a family reunion that was about 56 people ranging from young kids to adults.Property manager was great. Super nice. Had to contact them once. Responded quickly and was helpful. The trash pickup didn't happen when it should have (no fault of theirs) and they were great to keep us informed on that matter. I had not even noticed before they took care of it.House was great. It is exactly as pictured. So no surprises. Lots of fridge and freezer space. Even more than I had expected. The kitchen was perfect for serving large groups fast. I loved that there was plenty of gathering areas without feeling like you were all on top of each other. I really liked that we were on such a big property off by ourselves but you are not so far off by yourself that you can't get to anything. Pool was a big hit. There was plenty for the family to do. We ended up not venturing out a lot becaues the family enjoyed the things the property had to offer.The check out procedure was pretty standard for a vbro.A really great stay. The town was super friendly. A nice town where everybody seemed to wave to everybody.

Awesome Property

We spent the week of New Years at this amazing property. The house has so much space for everyone to be in an area but yet still feel connected. The kitchen was stocked well with the needed supplies for cooking. Our married kids loved having bunk beds in the spacious rooms along with in suite bathrooms. We had an incredible time and will definitely be back to enjoy again.

Nice Remote Vacation spot

This was our second year at this property and overall we enjoyed our stay both times. My girls who are house cleaners noted that the Heat/AC vents in the ceiling were filthy and a few of the bathrooms were not as clean as expected. Also there was an issue with the heating and after texting both provided numbers we received a partial answer but it took a while and it was never resolved. They never texted me back after I told them I resolved part of the problem.

So much fun

We loved this property. We stayed with a group of 25 family members, and there was plenty of room for us all. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make and serve our meals. There were activities of all kinds available for the wide range of ages in our group, and everyone had a great time. I highly recommended this house and property

Family reunion

Great home to host our very large family! Loved that every bedroom had an attached bathroom and there was plenty of entertainment options. Bits of the home do need updating but itā€™s fair for being an nightly rental with heavy traffic. Overall it was an excellent place

Beautiful place for our family reunion!

This home fit our family group of about 40 people! Plenty of seating in the main area. Lots of chairs and tables to dine at. Lots of space in the home. House was kept very cool. Outdoor lights were strong and useful! Backyard was big and grassy. House had more tables and chairs in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We liked the big fridge in the kitchen and the garage. House manager was kind and easy to get ahold of. Pavilion area was amazing! Great outdoor lighting! Nice area to play pickleball and basketball. Kids enjoyed the playground. We used the field area quite a bit. The pool was nice and clean everyday and perfect temperature. Pavilion had more rooms and a decent size kitchen (huge fridge). It also had outdoor showers and bathrooms. The game room was another fun place to hang out at. The older kids enjoyed that room a lot. Some things we didnā€™t like so much was the bathroom & shower situation upstairs. There were 3 bedrooms upstairs 4 including the bonus room that basically had to share the master bathroom & shower. There was another half bath upstairs but no shower. So we felt that was awkward. The basement was ideal because each room had a bathroom shower and a closet which was amazing.The master bathroom door didnā€™t lock properly so it made it a bit more awkward to use. And then lastly we were bummed out we couldnā€™t use the fire pit which we didnā€™t learn until we arrived. Amazing place! Would most definitely come back!

The layout worked mostly well. Huge kitchen great to cook in for 40 plus people . There were broken and damaged things from other people's hard use. Id like to suggest a few small things that could be very helpful.

Great location and nice big house for a group

The location was fabulous, the isolation, the pool, the pickleball court were the best for a family group. The decks on the house are so nice and big, having so much seating area to eat in the kitchen was great for our group. The house has so many little spots to hang out, everyone can feel comfortable. The house has a little more wear than the pictures depict. The sheets and towels are ready for an upgrade.
