Buongiorno, Appena lei ha prenotato il 2 febbraio 2025, le ho scritto immediatamente, ma da parte sua non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Successivamente, le ho inviato un messaggio il 21 luglio e poi ancora il 30 luglio, senza ottenere risposta. Le ho poi fornito tutte le informazioni il 1º agosto e solo allora ho ricevuto un riscontro da parte sua. Le avevo chiaramente comunicato che NON fornisco lenzuola né asciugamani, come indicato anche nell'annuncio. Nonostante questo, lei ha utilizzato i miei asciugamani e le mie lenzuola, che erano riposti sotto il letto, senza chiedere alcun permesso. Inoltre, ha danneggiato due poltrone da giardino (non una), e me lo ha comunicato solo il giorno della partenza. Le poltrone non erano vecchie sedie qualsiasi, ma normali sedute da esterno in buone condizioni. Trovo scorretto che lei ora neghi la responsabilità. Il lettino che ha menzionato era destinato a ospiti precedenti; era disponibile per lei il divano letto, completo di copridivano. Alcune macchie sono purtroppo permanenti a causa del comportamento poco rispettoso di alcuni ospiti, come nel suo caso. Il check-out era previsto alle ore 10:00, ma lei era ancora in casa alle 11:00. Inoltre, la donna delle pulizie mi ha riferito che l'appartamento era pieno di sabbia. Infine, la casa si trova al terzo piano, non al quarto, come da lei erroneamente indicato. Saluti.
