POSITIONING: FANTASTIC ((as only 2 km from MONTECARLO)) .... principality famous throughout the world, where the individuals are the richest in the world, dream car, (a daily basis you will see Rolls Royce, Bentley, Bugatti, Pagani Zonda, Ferrari, Lamborghini, AstonMartin, Mc laren, AudiR8 Yacht fairytale, not that prices of property of millions and millions of euros.
LOCATION LOCATION: FANTASTIC ((EXCELLENT SEA VIEW)) the residence is 100 meters above sea level, 5 minutes walk, or about 250 meters of walking distance (descent / ascent) from the sea, so with excellent SEA VIEW . The residence has apartments with sea view, and many others no ', the one in question is WITH EXCEPTIONAL SEA VIEW. (and is on the 4th floor, the highest of its building) the best, with elevator.
BUILDING: POOR ((Good maintenance, in line with the date of construction of the building, 1983)) THE building is in trè lots, close together, but independent, each with 4 floors, with stairs and elevator. The pool according to the weather conditions, is open from May to the end of September.
